Unsafe, overpriced, and dilapidated. Vehicles are broken into and items stolen on a daily basis. MULTIPLE police vehicles can be seen dealing with drug dealers and thieves often.***Edit to say these issues have been emailed and resolutions are mediocre at best*** see more belowResolution for stolen deliveries is to have them taken to the office ? because you can tell the driver to be there at a certain time, never after 5 or on a weekend.Laundry area is shared and not to code! Safety and sanitary issues, galore!

I love these apartments, I would have stayed but planned to move out of state. The office staff are very nice and understanding. Maintenance is awesome, I would move back but it's a little too expensive now. Only downside was the pool wasn't that clean.

I have lived here for 3 plus years and have found the place to be quite decent. Office staff and maintenance are always quick to respond to questions and concerns. The place I have is a two bedroom and it is very affordable for the rental market. We have a nice community here. We look out for one another and it is always clean and orderly.

My husband and I have lived at Parc Bordeaux for 2 years and love it. I love that they offer a dog park, a pool, and a 24 hour gym. The location is great, too. We're so close to the Keystone 65 exits, as well as the 465 exits off of Emerson. Only about 10-15min from downtown, too. Staff is so friendly and does everything they can to make sure our concerns and questions are dealt with asap.

I love living here! Everyone is very nice who works here and it’s peaceful and quiet in our unit. We’ve had some issues before and they were addressed right away. Good size apartment for price and overall a good place to live if you’re looking for one!

I just moved in literally a week ago and I’m already enjoying the area and peace of mind. I only gave it 4 stars because you will little minor things that may need to be changed like a loose outlet or something, but the maintenance and office crew are pretty quick with showing up and getting things fixed. So I love it!!!

Been living here a little around 6 months now and I’ve had pretty much nothing but good things to say about ParcB. When my first unit caught fire in November and I was displaced for a couple of days, the ladies up front were extremely helpful through the entire process of getting me re-homed and comfortable. They worked way quicker than I expected them to and I was able to get in my new unit within a perfect amount of time and I’m actually so grateful to them for that because the timing was immaculate seriously. The office staff are very communicable and kind, the maintenance men are efficient and do their jobs well and the overall environment of my little area of the complex has always been peaceful. I’ve never had any problems with noisy disrespectful neighbors or anything except sometimes when all the parking spots are taken up by people who don’t live there, that can be pretty annoying. I don’t really like how janky the mailboxes can be but it’s nothing too serious; also, the dryer in my building has not been working since I’ve moved in so I used to go to the building adjacent and dry my clothes but now that you all have added locks, would you please make it a point to get to my building and get that fixed so we’re able to do laundry over here? One last thing, the mice aren’t a major problem so much that I would move out especially because the pest control crew are so great at what they do, but I do think that there should be a little more special attention given to those nooks and crannies that critters are able to squeeze in and out of. That’s about it I think. Thank you!! ☺️

My Fiancé and I have lived here at Parc Bordeaux for about a year now. It's quiet where we are located and the staff of the office are very helpful, kind, and respond quickly whenever we have questions/concern. Its a convenient location to be at since everything is so close by. The people around are nice, never had a problem with others. We hope to stay for years to come.

At Parc Bordeaux we enjoy a wide variety of perks, great rental office staff, good security, wonderful and timely maintenance, good grounds maintenance, clean, pest free living, up to date decor and amenities. A gym, a pool, a dog park and courtesy from all involved and other fellow residents. Great location within walking distance of shops, restaurants and schools.

live'd here for almost a year found out i was paying to heat the laundry room. Also my car got stolen from the parking lot with the doors locked. I've had many issues with the office. New people all the time at the office but seems like change is being made finally. Also if you have to call the police for anything your going to be waiting about 25 minutes because they wont find your apt

Outside of decent pricing this place is a joke. Management changes 2-3 time within a year every year. Rent is a different amount every month LITERALLY. Staff can't explain new or existing fees. Having to remind staff about maintenance request which the maintenance guys are awesome! Pool has been down for 2+ years. This should be your last option.!

At this moment I currently live here at Parc Bordeaux for about 2 months now. These apartments are about 50 years old. Because there so old there is a lot of things that break and need to be fixed it just comes along with being an old building. Forcenatley they have good maintenance team that get the job done pretty fast when you put in a work order. For being 50 years old they do keep the building pretty clean at least my apartment is. Another bad thing is you can hear the upstairs neighbors pretty easy because the flooring is so thin again at least that's the case for my apartment. They offer a workout area, basketball court, a swimming pool, and a small park. I would like the rent to be a little cheaper also, I pay about $900 a month plus my electric bill. You can get a house for that much. All and all these aren't to bad of apartments to live in if you need a place to live. Come check it out for yourself tho you might love it here.
