I really like their product line for its variety. But, I've noticed that some team members, like Te****, could use some improvement in the area of customer service. It would be great if they could receive some training to enhance their courtesy and assistance skills when interacting with customers..

In general, quality stuff but a bit higher price-wise, due to lack of competition perhaps in the particular area for Indian grocery. Indian groceries in other States that I saw (4 States at least) operate on more reasonable margins than this, in my view.
