I think her name is Shanna, Layfette Rd/Georgetown location, who I talked to most of the time while entering as a "new Patient", she was ALWAYS PLEASANTLY HELPFUL and displayed patience, and sense of carrying. Shanna "Always" went beyond to satisfy my needs and provided knowledgeable information. Educated me on the things needed as a first time patient. I can go on-and-on about the service I received. But in particular what really touched me, when I came in neverous and confussed about the mask that caused great pain in my noise. Shanna immediately stepped up, listened to my situation and because of her experience provded me with a better mask.Other servce were provided that day as well. I felt so satisfied, I went back into the office and said, "you are the type of person to add on their XMAS list!Bottom line, Excellent Service.Rosalind

no follow through when they gave said that someone will call when to see how you are doing with a new device but will definitely contact you when you are able to order new supplies whether they are needed or not

Cpap machine works like a charm. This is my 4th unit. Just getting the settings correct is the biggest step for your machine to work for you.
