I have notified you four separate times, this being my fifth, you are violating HIPPA. PLEASE STOP FAXING 20+ PATIENTS' LAB RECORDS TO ME THAT DO NOT BELONG TO ME. This is happening daily. I do not want or need other people's medical records. I am not even a client of yours or a doctor. This is my fifth time asking you to stop. I have currently received over 218 people's lab results since I first requested you to STOP FAXING THEM TO ME over a week again and it happens again every day.
