“Had a minor issue. And this pawn shop was amazing. They took care of me. Remember that pawn shops have strict rules. They set the rules and you operate under them. No returns. You have to pay for a warranty if you want one. You have to inspect everything you buy 100% and make a decision. Don't get mad if something doesn't work later and blame the employees. You should know it's a risk buying from the pawn shop.
Just remember if you have an issue to be kind. If you somehow need a refund you might not get one. You may have to exchange or pay money. But you should know that when I had an issue these people were kind and helped me. A plus”

Fair agreements at this location. (It should be noted that I went with a friend for her personal needs here and not originally as a customer. However, I did browse and nearly purchased something here. Ultimately, I decided not to purchase the item of interest as it had been a bit over used by multiple people. I personally felt could be potentially unreliable for long term use.)”

“Great location and easy to work with staff. Sold all my electric plug-in lawn equipment to them when I went battery powered. They gave me fair value on every single item I brought.
Their building is very easy to walk inside with wide aisles and most items on shelves or in display cases for easy viewing.
The tools/equipment area is huge so it it definitely worth dropping by before you spend a bunch of money buying a new tool or trying to rent one.
They have all kinds of collectibles, electronics, and jewelry. They even have big ticket items like flat screen TV's, motorcycles, cars and even trucks.
Definitely worth a stop by to check out their items. You might find something!”

She knows how to talk to people right , treat people right and her CO-WORKERS are amazing . LINDA ANTONY and RICHARD are the best. I appreciate Richards humble spirit. I had called another store for the same item and the worker at the other store she was mean. SO I hung up and called this store ! IT was like night and day ...I thank GOD that Linda had the mind to be professional. Drove all the way from FISHERS INDIANA because LINDA was amazing. GOOD news is that when I got there everyone in there was nice and professional LIKE LINDA. This is what it should be like. STORE SUPER CLEAN . SUPER SUPER CLEAN. “Hey I had some extra high end star wars collectibles code 3 star wars collectibles that are very intricate die cast and needed some room on my shelving for a highly sought item of the same so went in and they were exceptionally fair. I had 6 of the same exact item so I sold them 3 and was then able to have room for the item I've looked to get. I also sold them some pews when my cancer got really bad and was told I wouldn't make it. They could have low balled me because at the time I was broken and destroyed and just wanted my young kids to have money instead of the firearms. There were 2 that were very hard to get ahold of so they told me to hit up the gun show that weekend instead which earned me an extra 1k over what they'd have been able to pay. I appreciate the honesty. They did buy 2 of the hand but I sold the longs at the show. Thanks cap for being honest and not pushy.”
