“This was the most positive experience we had since 2000 and it was not anymore expensive than the big box stores. The name was deceptive. It has alot more than feed. It was full service. Name tags engraved in store, grooming, collars, halters, sweaters, costumes and toys. The service was wonderful. They has samples of food and they deliver. They are located next door to Kroger and our favorite restaurant.”

“I am so pleased, thrilled and in love with this location and their staff! I reserved the community room for my dog's birthday party. When I went back to take pictures of the setup, they explained what everything would look like. The room was cleared and clean and they made goodie bags for all the guests(including a cat lol)...and a special one for the birthday boy!!! The staff checked in to see if there was anything we needed often! This lace truly is a caring, neighborhood pet store and now that I know the "plus" has to mean the over the top service that you'll get, plus smiles and plus the eagerness they have to serve! Thank you all so much! My little fellas birthday was a hit and that's certainly thanks to you!”
“Since adopting my first dog at 18, I’ve been coming to this bakery. Every year, I get my dog’s their birthday treats here! They’re always so friendly and very helpful. They always make the treats and snacks SO CUTE and the lettering is always very neat and legible. The treat “themes” change for holidays, relevancy, or what have you. I only have my one old girl now, but her birthday is in October. The treats are always Halloween and I LOVE it. I’ll never stop shopping here. ?”

He also helped my husband and I find the perfect bird seed. We are now seeing birds we never saw before because we had the wrong seed. It's really enjoyable to watch them”

“Absolutely the best , caring people and wonderful establishment. They performed a very expensive dental extraction for my little young cat who has stomatitis, an excruciating dental disease that cause inflammation and mouth ulcers. They did the procedure for nothing but from the kindness of their hearts and donations. She could barely eat watered down, wet food. After the surgery she has felt 100 % better and I’ve seen tremendous improvement. I donated as much as I could for their much appreciated, professional, medical services and I wish I could’ve donated so much more for the other suffering little ones out there who desperately need medical care. If you’re reading this, please kindly consider donating to Indy Humane. They walk the walk. All animals deserve access to proper medical care.

“We took our dogs here for their shots & the staff was excellent with them. They host a wellness clinic twice a month at all of their locations, we live out at Geist so we went to the Fox Rd. store. We have one dog that's a rescue & suffered severe abuse so he's not very trusting of strangers. Dr.Moore & her staff couldn't have been more patient & kind with him. They got him taken care of without him going into meltdown mode, like he has at other places. They also handled our other dog with great care, which wasn't easy, as he's huge ( 72 lbs.) and still a puppy. Very hyper & became uneasy , started growling when he saw everyone in a small space. They were great with him & we were done in no time. Plus, they have a big selection of pet food, toys, all supplies needed for the furry members of your family! Highly recommended!”

“Cages for livestock were clean and well managed. The cat adoption area was also well maintained. I feel sorry for the Betty's kept in tiny cups next to each other, but that's the way most petstores manage them now. Be aware that even the palest most miserable looking Betta is very stressed but can blossom into a real beauty with dramatically enhanced coloring if taken home and kept in better conditions.”
