“I discovered this store about 2 years ago and keep coming back for their dried beef lung bits. My black lab Zoey love those as treats and as topper for her wet food for its crunch. The staff is really good, knowledgeable and super friendly.”

“I took my Yorkie in for the first visit. He had just finished getting all his puppy shots. I was in need of a harness and a leash so I could start taking him for a walk. The gentleman at the cash register walk me over to show me where the harness would be. A young lady came in before she even clocked in and I was talking to the guy at the cash register and I was needing something else and she took me right over there and she said I believe this is what you’re looking for. Extremely impressed. Thank you.”
“Jess is the BEST! I took my reactive dog to her for a couple years for nail trims and she always had the magic touch. He passed away a few years ago, and now we have a new little rescue pup (who needs more grooming than our last good boy) and Jess was the only choice in my mind for a groomer for her.
Miss Sunny was clearly taken care of with lots of love and she is looking (and feeling) like a brand new dog. Thanks Jess & Bow Wow Meow for always taking such great care of our little floofs — I would recommend you all to anyone!”
“What a great place, for pets and their people! The store is well thought out, with lots of specialty items and great collars, harnesses, leashes, and some seasonal bandanas. The bakery items are a real huge hit, and you see people and pets get excited when they purchase them. There are terrific premium pet food options and staff is knowledgeable in helping with questions.”
“I absolutely love Grand Champion Tack. They carry a nice selection of riding apparel, tack, and horse care items and are more than happy to order if you need something not available in store. Betsy is a gem and was SO helpful with my recent tall boot selection and sizing (no easy feat!). Love this place - always happy to visit!”
“If you come here, ask for Austin! Seriously, he is absolutely amazing and they need to keep him at all costs. His service alone makes this place miles better than Pet Supplies Plus.
On top of the great service, the store itself is a huge upgrade. They have a much better variety of collar sizes than Pet Supplies Plus. I do wish they kept a few more items in stock for giant dogs, even if it's just a small selection, but overall, the experience here is night and day. Highly recommend!”

“Howdy, leaving a great review for Emily and Harjot Suga, great managers and employees. Great store and staff, great location. They have the love and knowledge for animals. They are very clean store. They also have great self service for dogs to give dogs baths. They are very kind people. Treat you like your part of the family. It's really great prices on their toys, treats, food and all kinds of items. We had bought a nice winter jacket for our fur baby. We absolutely love the jacket. It fits our little guy. Although he's definitely a winter dog . He himself would rather go outside in snow with out. Definitely worth getting it. He does love wearing it. They have tons of items. They are very helpful. We are definitely coming back. They also have events for your fur babies. Their grand opening was very successful. Harjot and his other half wife. Are amazing staff there, we will always support them. Great prices, and great food and treats is everything your fur babies will absolutely love. We fell in love with there store. They may not understand me, that's okay. We know our fur baby understand them and even loved going into there store itself. Pet friendly to the core. Please open up one in Plainfield. “I heard about BYB thru an acquaintance, so I went there to check it out...VERY nice, kinda rustic store with lots of birdie(and critterl goodies too. The owner and the employee I met are nice senior guys. The prices were actually lower for the 2 products I purchased; peanuts in she'll and critter food(corn, seeds and peanuts in shell). I will definitely be going back. 👍👍”

“I am so pleased, thrilled and in love with this location and their staff! I reserved the community room for my dog's birthday party. When I went back to take pictures of the setup, they explained what everything would look like. The room was cleared and clean and they made goodie bags for all the guests(including a cat lol)...and a special one for the birthday boy!!! The staff checked in to see if there was anything we needed often! This lace truly is a caring, neighborhood pet store and now that I know the "plus" has to mean the over the top service that you'll get, plus smiles and plus the eagerness they have to serve! Thank you all so much! My little fellas birthday was a hit and that's certainly thanks to you!”

“I bring my dogs for their annual vaccines. The staff is always very friendly. The vet comes out and talks to you and shares some general information about your dog and steps you can take. They even have recommendations for anxious pooches.”

“Convenient very close to where I live in Whitestown. I usually go to Hollywood feed in Nora been going there for as long as they have been open. I was quite disappointed that they don’t use paper bags. They use plastic bags, which don’t work quite as good especially when you’re buying a lot of product. I buy the pup above and I was disappointed that they didn’t have but one flavor and that was beef stew. Also, they were a dollar higher than Hollywood feed in Nora. Store was nice and big. They had a lot of variety of things. Staff was very professional and knew about their products that they were selling, but I truly believe they’re gonna have a hard time competing with Hollywood feed”
“They don't like people that are late but I showed up early with my trailer already swept out and they rewarded me by getting me done in less than 2 hrs before my appointment even I liked the place”

“My family rescued a stray we found on the street a few days ago. She's a mini schnauzer mix and was in bad shape with matted fur and curled nails. We took her to get vaccinated and checked out, then made an appointment for grooming ar petsmart. She was groomed by Sophia K. who did an incredible job. She was patient and gentle and took her time to make sure that Grandma (she's a senior dog) felt safe and comfy. She came out looking like a different dog with literal pounds of mattes gone.
We tipped big because every penny was earned. We made the right choice coming here.”
“Reese is AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help me get a deal that was not showing up at the register. She walked me through setting up the app, and after finding out the deal wasn’t on the app either, she took the initiative to manually apply the discount at the register.
