Loved the grooming staff they did an amazing job. My issue was i felt so uncomfortable while shopping for supplies for my dog. My girlfriend and I were there shopping after dropping our dog off to be groomed and had a couple items in our hands. There was a short white woman with long hair and glasses practically stalking us around the store. I understand walking the store. I get it, but we saw her 7 times total as we stood in the same spot for 10 mins or less. As a POC(person of color) ive been racially profiled all of my life so i know what to do to try to prevent it from happening. We wore tight fitting clothes, we werent whispering because we didnt want it to sound suspicious, we kept both hands out of our pockets, we kept the items we were purchasing in plain sight. It was such a humiliating situation that we just made the announcement that we were putting the items back because we didnt want anybody to think we were stealing. We will be back but only for the grooming because they did an amazing job. Even tipped her. We spent $400 at PetSmart and I hated them. We wanted to get you guys our business because we liked the prices and the groomers but will not be purchasing any accessories from there. Sucks to be watched in a pet store for trying to give you my hard earned money. Do better Greenwood. Its 2025.
Update 1/22/25:
Store manager reached out to us and explained the situation and it was a huge misunderstanding she was empathic about our feelings. She listened and earned my respect 100%. Pet Supplies + for the win!

Awesome experience! I scheduled a grooming appointment for my senior mini poodle, who really doesn't enjoy the grooming experience. This was our 1st time grooming at Pet Supplies Plus Greenwood and we will definitely return for future grooming. The communication and reminderd regarding the appointment date and time were perfect. Our groomer Beka (or Becky apologies I can't recall) was awesome and very attentive with asking what type of cut and any other details regarding my pups service that day. She was very good at calming my pup and getting to know him.
When we picked him up all I could saw was wow!!! He looked sooo good and he was not anxious at all when we picked him up!! She did an amazing job on his grooming service. Oh did I mention this was on New Years Eve!!! Awesome experience!! 10 out of 10!! Kudos!

Always clean, staff is friendly, and usually stocked. The only reason I took one star away is from having to go to another pet store for fish and reptile supplies.
