I dropped my dog off for grooming, i asked for her tail and ear hair not to be touches as they were matt free and her breed is known for long ear and tail hair. I picked her up with both heavily chopped and not pretty even for a tight trim. will not be going back because of this, highly disappointed and sad as my dog does not look like how she should.

I come here to get dog food and take my dogs in for grooming. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. I have 0 issues and would recommend anyone visit for their pet needs.

Staff is kind and it's a nice quick stop for basic pet needs. Just a little expensive but staff also really helps out finding alternatives or something similar in their store.

Whoever took care of my dog is a disgusting human being. She did nothing we ask for and lied to us. Waste of my time and money. Never going back to his place and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Dropped my dog off for a bath and a haircut. Asked for 1" shave. All I got was paws trimmed and a bath it looks like. You can judge by the pictures.

I've shopped here many time's and I usually have a great experience but this past weekend I was treated so horribly that I can't keep it to myself.
I went in to purchase a fancy male mouse, I wasn't entirely decided yet as they only had two and I was still looking around.
The woman who came to assist me took me over to where the two mice were and lifted one of them for me to see. I was curious about temperament as I tend to handle my furry friends a lot. She got upset when I asked about the personality of the other mouse ( That tried biting her repeatedly.)
I decided to go ahead and get the friendly of the two while the woman swatted my hand like I was a child when I reached to grab a hide for said mouse. She then said " Oh, I thought you were reaching for the mouse."
She then looked me over and said. " It's against my better judgement that I'm letting you buy this mouse I normally wouldn't sell it to people like you."
People...like me? What exactly did that mean. I was too tired and my anxiety was off the charts to stand there and argue.
Honestly though PetSmart you really need to do better.

Fish tanks are always extremely well cared for along with the rest of the animals in the store. Employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. There is an employee who works the register who knows so much about animals and fish- he is a great employee

Went for items for my betta tank. New items had arrived, and the associate was EXCELLENT with answering questions and meeting me with limited fish skills where I was and where I needed to be.

Worst dog groom ever. Brought our dog here in a pinch before the holidays for a bath and haircut. It was $100 and when we got home we saw she still had huge visible mats of hair on her legs/ stomach and I don’t think they gave her a cut at all or how would those have been missed? We were in a rust to leave town for the Holidays so weren’t able to go back though I doubt they would have done anything. I tried to call back and was on hold for over 40 minutes to try to talk to a manager and no one answered or called back. All our family agreed over the Holiday that it didn’t look like she was groomed at all. We will never go back.
