Reason why @ Ryan Bowman, If they allowed everyone to loiter, it would cause too much congestion. Sleeping in fuel islands, blocking everyone in, disrupting the flow of business. I fully support truck stops with security. If you need to park, gotta be meticulous in your decision making.
