Waited 2 hours and went through 3 different door dash drivers before door dash drivers and never got my food. The door dash drivers messaged me saying the restaurant was a disorganized disaster and that they weren't waiting any longer. Door dash eventually cancelled the order and pizza hut never would answer their phones or anything so I could try to get my money back. This place is trash and the employees suck.

…each time ive ordered from here, ive had the freshest food and the coldest drinks- today i was assisted by tyronne who was beyond friendly- my pizza is never overcooked- my pepsi is always super ice cold- do you know how nice it is to pick up a beautifully cooked pizza and be handed an ice cold drink?! i am so beyond grateful- it literally makes the difference when im deciding where to order pizza- because pizza with an ice cold drink… how can you pass up on that! it’s the little things that make such a difference! ive seen the poor reviews, but fortunately ive just never had a problem- thanks pizza hut!!

Now I remember why I don't go here. The lady barely made eye contact, didn't hardly say 2 words and then handed me the crappiest pizzas ever. They were both overdone and so crispy they were barely edible. They also didn't have the right toppings on them. Even after I spoke to them on the phone about what pizzas I want. This almost ruined our family's happy Pi day. Never going back to this location again. Better off going across the street to Domino's.

Was only one option for pizza crust, which means they are either lacking in employees or just plain lazy to create a different pizza crust. I haven't ordered from here in years, and I thought it would be a good experience as with previous visits. Very disappointed at how this location has declined.

This restaurant is absolutely horrible. It is always something with them. I placed an online order tonight. After the estimated delivery time came and went, I called to check on the order. I was told it was on the way. I waited another 20 mins and called back. After 10 mins on the phone they tell me my order was canceled. Do not use this pizza hut..

I pre-ordered my food online only to get there and find that their system wasn't working properly. No one apologized for the inconvenience. I had to wait 15+ minutes for my food. I asked for another cheese sauce, and he had the nerve to charge me. Wow! Good customer service is very scarce! On the upside, the pizza was hot, fresh and good!

Was given 25-35 minutes delivery time online. 1 1/2 hour later no pizza. Called the number connected to call center then local store. Told my pizza was picked up by door dasher…. I thought they had their own delivery service. 30 more minutes, no pizza. Called connected to call center then store… told system was down and they just received my order. Manager said guy who said dasher picked it up may not have known what he was talking about. Said my order would be coming but couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t be cold!!! ? take business elsewhere.

My order was terrible ! Breadsticks were burnt and not cut . Sausage pizza was not made like it was suppose to be ( see pictures). I asked for light sauce and a cheese cup however I did not receive. Sausage tasted really bad. When I called the lady told me basically she knew the breadsticks weren’t burnt (see pics) . I was made to take it back not to get a refund because they don’t allow those but a credit . After seeing the inside of the location I wouldn’t order anything from there so a credit is useless. My son did like the wings . Everything else I returned . I will say the manager acted like she cared a little bit .

I was told that I couldn’t receive an item that comes with something I purchased even though it’s advertised in the menu. Atmosphere not very friendly or welcoming, second bad experience at this restaurant.Parking: Bad parking lot full of pot holes

Pizza Hut is not as good as it use to be. Their pan pizza crust is not the best. The breadsticks were just ok, but overall it wasn't too bad.

Worst Experience EVER!! Horrible experience, order was late and delivery driver had it in a bag horizontal so everything was smashed!Then Order was completely wrong I tried to call the office to resolve and they let it ring then hung up. The worst Pizza Order experience we have ever had.
