I started conducting business with pnc over the phone and needed to go in to a branch to get thing wrapped up, and there was a wrench thrown in the plans preventing any further progress. I was assisted by Jessica Chadwick which she did a wonderful job at being patient and to the point of the matter, but when that wasn't working she asked Julia waggoner to help move things along, and together that's just what they did no matter how long they had to stay over the course of a couple days, to get the problem fixed and I couldn't be more grateful...Thank you

The staff were friendly, but there are no tellers The tellers station just sat empty while customers were encouraged to sit and drink coffee and wait for a personal banker for every simple withdraw or task. This is a waste of time. I didn't need a coffee shop experience to settle down with, I needed a quick, simple bank withdraw. Why does a beautiful bank have empty desks and an empty, dark and closed teller station with what feels like barely any staff? Like what is going on?
