For the love of God could you guys just upgrade your ATM's. They are both out of service atleast 2 days a week minimum.The PNC at 38th and Illinois has a way nicer (and functional) ATM than you guys do. I think that speaks volumes.You think being at a major intersection the company would care enough to do something about this issue. But hey a nice chase bank just opened up a block away, might just have to switch to a company that cares.***also I was at your location tonight, and your ATM was literally left open, like I could lift the whole front of it up by hand. Might wanna get somebody on that.

Lady at the front desk (with ugly haircut) declined to help us to connect to a banker. While I saw a bunch of “busy” bankers doing nothing but sitting on their rear. One of the primary reason for the branch is to open account. Pathetic excuse to be lazy.

ZERO STARS!!If you want or need to be anywhere in the next hour, don't come to this location. Every time I've visited this location, no matter the time of day, I've had to wait 20+ minutes to complete a simple transaction. Are they short-staffed? Are they incompetent? What is it that makes it such a complex and complicated process to complete a client's banking transaction without an alarming amount of time to wait? This is absolutely unacceptable.

Lazy staff. I arrived at 5:45 PM. The lobby closes at 6:00 but I wasn't allowed to go in. They closed it early despite there being plenty of staff standing around waiting to leave. I guess I'll use another bank.

Extremely incompetent and improvised staff. They "help" you in whatever order they decide. It seems that you have to be one of their drinking buddies for them to even acknowledge your presence, let alone provide efficient service. Arrogant and dismissive tellers who can not get their act together.

The Branch is not open in the inside due to the COVID, which is somewhat understandable. However, if you are going to make everyone go through the drive through to obtain service, you should open up all lanes.

You close at 2 o'clock on Fridays. You all need to remind me why I'm doing business with PNC because from what I've been experiencing over the last 90 days there's not one reason why should be doing business with PNC bank higher fees lower service.
