Amazing service. Was even so kind to pick up same day last minute due to issues with my apartment complex. Definitely recommend PODS for moving. Such a smooth and seamless experience.

PODS was so easy and convenient to move my household items. I had no issue with billing. They charge in increments of dropping off the pod first charge then picking up the pod to the location second charge then last charge picking up the pod when it is empty. Easy peach.

Great experience with a long distance move with PODS from Utah to Indiana. Price was reasonable with no hidden fees. Communication all along the way was exceptional. Drivers were professional and always timely. The long distance move went smoothly thanks to PODS. Will use PODS again for any future moves.

Utilized PODS through COSTCO. Moved from Naples FL to Carmel Indiana. We are satisfied customers. I will recommend PODS to family and friends.

Booking agent (Sandy!) and 3 drivers all made my PODS moving experience convenient and smooth. I could not have asked for better service. The company sends multiple emails and texts to confirm each step taking place throughout the process. The drivers keep you informed as well. Everyone was professional and nice. I highly recommend!

Haven’t even got my container yet, and pods has literally been the worse part of this move! The amount of stress pods has caused me during my move is insane!!! First off they’re liars! They will paint you a good picture than do the exact opposite of what they say! They cancelled my whole order and rescheduled me for pickup 5 days AFTER they were supposed to be here. I’m just over pods at this point, they are the WORSE company to go with. If you want someone better, go with zippys or packrat. Stay far away from pods! If I could leave zero stars I would, they don’t even deserve one! I’m soooo frustrated with these people already.

Pick up and delivery was great. Customer service is not well trained. We specifically chose pods because we were told that it could be delivered to our new home. Then we were told it couldn’t be delivered to our new home. Then they decided to deliver it to our home but charged us more than originally quoted. Customer service Was not helpful at all. I don’t think the training is it all sufficient.

I couldn't have asked for a better Moving Service they were very accommodating and the scheduling was solely at my discretion. The pricing was very reasonable, they were one time with all of my deliveries, and I was contacted ahead of time before each delivery both by email and the driver. I would use the service again in the future.

Specifically about PODs drivers. Had contact with three drivers during pickups and dropoffs and all, especially the drpo off driver prior to packing, provided excellant advice for packing and safety of my belongings. All three drivers were polite, curteous and professional.

We are trying to move from OH to NWI and the pod was being housed in Indianapolis. We have called to confirm every week for the past 3 weeks, to do our due diligence. 4 days before the delivery date in NWI, we got a notice via email that we were to “self deliver” today in Indy (still unsure what this means) and it would take a week to be delivered in NWI. We have been on the phone for an hour today and have been told a manger isn’t available to talk. The lack of communication and ownership from Pods is baffling
