Very disappointed in customer service and product description. Apparently it's my fault that an item didn't contain an accurate description. Happily returning said item and never shopping here again.

Will not order from this company again ... Ordered a Berry Wreath ... Berries are styrofoam not plastic ...wasn't wrapped or protected in any way ... just tossed into a Priority Mail box ... box arrived crushed and damaged and USPS marked the box as damaged upon arrival ... wreath is usable but crushed ... I am an online seller and I would never send my items unwrapped and unprotected as this one was ... I make and sell wreaths and ship out of state ... better than this company did ... very disappointed

If u r ordering from Canada don't do it! You will pay shipping that is included on your bill but you will be expected to pay another fee when your order is delivered.My order came to a total of 337.00 Canadian which included 50+ shipping.when my order arrived I was expected to pay an extra 120.00 which I refused to pay.the order was sent back ( unopened) same driver that delivered it took it back.This $120.00 includes roughly 60.00 that Primitive Home Decors charges at least in my case for packaging and calling UPS. Absolutely no satisfaction from Primitive when I contacted them other than I should have read the fine print. In the end I was credited with $244.00 on my visa.I was out the difference of $93.00 ,no product and a feeling of total frustration with company's that are unethical.Hard lesson learned.

Great customer service. I received a slightly damaged lamp shade and called to see about return. Even though they had closed for the day, they called me back and made it good right away. Lampshade is pretty. Service is excellent
