My child has been attending Primrose of Geist for a few months now and we could not be happier with the quality, the care and service they provide. I especially love the way they provide flexibility with our part-time schedule. We know she is safe, having fun and in good hands with the entire staff...plus learning along the way! Thank you Primrose.

My daughter attended Primrose Geist for a very short time (about 2 months). It was a big transition for her as we relocated from out of state. I feel that the staff was very caring towards my daughter and how the adjustment was affecting her. She grew to enjoy school and looked forward to going every day!We only left as a center closer to our home had availability for both of my children. My daughter still asks to go to the chicken school on occasion!

We have been sending out daughter to Primrose for almost 5 years! She loves attending and we love sending her. Most importantly, we know that she is safe. We also know that she is learning throughout the day and being taught many valuable skills! We have loved all of her teachers and especially love her Pre-K teachers this year. The teachers go above and beyond to communicate any praise or concern with us.

Our son is my husband and my first child. We were so relieved to find such a great daycare for him. He loves all his teachers, the daily activities, the food, and all his classmates. Definitely worth every cent.

We have been at Primrose School of Geist since November 2021. I am confident that Primrose came into our lives at the perfect time, as our previous center was undergoing some challenging transitions and it was evident we needed to make a change.Since enrolling at Primrose, our son has thrived in every sense of the word. It is apparent in our every day interaction that every single staff member, from the director to support teachers, is fully invested in the well being of our child and others. His teachers have been an integral part of us not only reaching an early diagnosis of his social communicative anxiety disorder but implementing critical early interventions that will allow him to successfully navigate every day environments in his own way. We are eternally grateful for the support we've received along this journey and couldn't be more pleased with Primrose School of Geist. We trust and love this school with every bit of our hearts.

It will be a year in June that our daughter has been going to Primrose. The staff and teachers are always so nice. Even through the midst of Covid, their communication and practices have been outstanding. Would highly recommend Primrose Schools.

I have been sending my kids to Primrose of Geist for over a year and we absolutely have no regrets! My kids are enrolled in the infant class, and pre-k class. They do so much to help stimulate my kids developing minds. - In the pre-K class they do a lot of reading, letter / number practice and tons of projects to help with their dexterity. In the infant class they offer a lot of stimulating toys to help peak their curiosity! The staff is very friendly, they're very understanding and helpful. The campus it's self is very nice and always clean!

Primrose Geist was the first daycare we used as new parents and they truly made it a great experience. As new parents, leaving your child with others can be difficult but the staff and teachers at Primrose Geist helped us tremendously with this new life change. They were understanding and accommodating when I had helicopter mom moments. The only reason we changed schools is because we moved 35 minutes away. I would recommend them to anyone!

We have been sending our daughter to the infant classroom for several months now and we LOVE Primrose. The staff are incredible and super responsive. We also love the app and all of the updates that we get in real-time. Their handling and safety procedures during COVID have also been outstanding; we always have felt safe sending our daughter here.

My son started at Primrose when he was 2 months old. The caregivers are so sweet and truly love their jobs. The front staff know each child by name. It makes you feel so much better leaving your child knowing they care so much. Super clean plus the activities they do with the children are above and beyond. I highly recommend them

I love this school!! My daughter has improve so much with her speech and words. The teacher are wonderful. Ms. Abby is so kind and wonderful to my daughter. During Covid, they made sure our families were safe. I was so scared for my daughter to go back anywhere due to her asthma. Primrose made sure we were safe.Amazing school.

I would give one star, but I tend to avoid listening to 1 star reviews as it's usually someone disgruntled over something trivial. My issue is not trivial.I'll keep it short. I had a kiddo in the Pre-K program after Learning Time closed down due to COVID. As far as the staff is concerned, I'll give credit where credit is due. The teachers in the Pre-K program were/are WONDERFUL. Very kind and patient. You can walk in and see they aren't there just for the paycheck. The administrative staff, however, average at best. They just don't have what it takes to ease a parent's mind. Verbal and nonverbal communication confirmed this for me.The issue I had was with one of the infant teachers. Prior to a school daycare, we had an in-home daycare nearby. I won't get into details, but there was a significant issue regarding my child's safetly and CPS was called/involved. There is a case #, documents, photos, the whole 9 yards. When I got wind that this person was now employeed at Primrose, my objections were clear.According to the e-mails I have from Primrose, background checks were taking longer than normal, but still she was hired. We voiced our concerns and Primrose told us that they called CPS and couldn't find any info. We had to do the digging, find the case #, send it to the school, etc., before they believed us. Although no PROOF of wrongdoing was had, we expressed concern at the mere fact that we had these objections should be enough to remove the culprit from the position as she was on staff for a matter of weeks. We were shutdown. To us, the school sided with someone with a documented history of child abuse/neglect. Again, nothing was proven and the case was closed, but as a parent, we knew. The signs were there. Odd behavior on pickup, odd behavior of my child, etc.Furthermore, and unrelated to the above, my family member pulled her infant from the infant class after a few months because nearly everytime she went to pick up her child, he was alone, crying, not being taken care of. He used to be fussy, I will admit, but it seemed like they just stuck him in a corner and didn't want to deal with him.Personally, I would certainly not recommend this establishment from an administrative perspective, but the teachers themselves, (Minus the teacher with the open/closed CPS case) are great.Reach out to me if you'd like to see photos of the abuse.
