I am a current tenant, and I am extremely disappointed in Progress Residential. My home had a pipe burst in Mid-December and the issue still isn't resolved. Me and my son have been out of our home and dealing with inhabitable issues for over a month now. They don't have a process-driven system that keeps them on top of work orders or allows them to provide great customer service. I have not talked to ANYONE who has shown empathy. The contractors they have hired to do the work have rushed and have been rude. I am currently dealing with no heat in my home with temperatures below 0. I called regarding HVAC issues last week (still while dealing with pipe issues) and they never resolved the issue but decided to charge me over $100 for the person to come out and never fix anything. I am currently without heat and displaced from my home, again. I had to go the entire Holiday Season with these issues, living in hotels, missing time from work and still no true communication on if I will be reimbursed for my time spent out of my home. I never reach ANYONE in the Indianapolis office, only the call center. The agents have been polite, but this process has been truly frustrating and has shown that this leasing company does not care about its tenants. I have never made a late payment, and I enjoy my home. My family will be looking into legal matters to assist since they believe they can charge me money before providing a habitable living space

Mo is the best tenant representative I’ve worked with at this company. I’ve been with Progress for over 5 years and he has gone above and beyond for my family since he’s started working for the company. The best customer service and always willing to help. Thank you for all you do for the company is appreciated!

Jessica delivered the kind of customer service you don’t see anymore. She listened, she understood, and she handled my issue with real professionalism. Every time I spoke with Jessica, she was beyond amazing. She restored my faith in customer service and clearly takes her job seriously. She actually followed up exactly when she said she would — something even managers don’t do. That alone says a lot.

Definitely not a property management that care about their tenants. No long term renting. 1st chance they get for higher rent, you're out on your butt!

I’m giving five stars solely because of the representative I spoke with, Jessica. She genuinely gave me hope about this company. Her customer service, people skills, and ability to truly listen were outstanding, unlike some of the interactions I had before. Shout out to Jessica for making everything better. I appreciate you!

I had a plumbing issue behind one of my walls and had to shut the main water off. This is concerning in the middle of January with below freezing temperatures. I reported my issue and the technician that responded was Josh Burdine. He arrived well within the quoted ETA and quickly assessed the problem. He kept me informed during the service call and quickly resolved the issue. Josh treated me, my home and my issue with the utmost care and respect. (he cleaned the area after performing the repair) He also communicated the follow up plan and told me to reach back out if needed. His professionalism and passion for excellent customer service in his work was evident. I will request him for any future issues I have.
