Kylie the manager was very very helpful in the rental process and making sure I was comfortable with the unit. The units are clean, nice sizes, and secured very well. Robin from command was helpful as well in following up and welcoming me in. I would recommend

Kylie es the best!!!!
I had so many problems with Public Storage customer service and decided to stop by this locations and ask about upcoming units that would be available soon. Kylie walked me through the facility, gave me options, checked I reserved correctly online and answered all my questions.. She is the ONLY public storage agent I've talk to in years that actually knows what she is doing. Thanks.

These people charged us $167 a month for 8 months just to lose everything because they didn't build the storages secure enough to where mice wouldn't destroy everything of ours including stuff I've had since I was a child! What a waste of money tbh these people shouldn't be in business or ever trusted! I'd sue them if I had the money!

Worst place ever to rent a storage unit from I started off paying 180 for my storage unit and they now have it up too 341.00 a month they keep you locked out of your unit so after you pay you can't even go into the unit I haven't been able to view my unit in over 8 months after paying 341.00 plus all there ridiculous fees top of it and since I'm a single parent now because my husband passed away I don't have the help to get my belongs into a different unit to me worse place ever and there selling a unit my size in the same place right now for a 125.00 a month this is horrible and the best part I was two months behind went to pay 806.00 on the 1 of December yes 806. Because of all the fees they added on and because it was the first they added another 341. Making it a grand total of 1,147.00 or my unit would go up for auction it's now been paid for two days and I still don't have my lock number to get in my unit if I can't get into my unit on my day off this week there's going to be a big issue with me
