Rat feces and urine everywhere rats are dead inside my unit I have pictures to prove it waiting for the health inspector to call me right now so we can inspect my unit I'm also going to expose this on the news I'm going to the health department along with code enforcement and the building inspector. This is unacceptable no one is returning my call they denied my insurance claim so now I have to spend time cleaning dead rats out of my unit which are decomposing all over my stuff I am a truck driver and I'm only there once a month so the next time I go there I'll be picking up rat bones and fur I took pictures of everything and I'm going to escalate this even higher

My husband's things in his unit were water damaged, and infested with loads of mice droppings etc. Nasty place ! Stuff went to the dumpster! 3 years of paying on pure trash,very disappointing. Over priced! $250 for a 10x 10,no thanks I'll keep mine over at U-Haul!

They raised the rent every few months. Never fixed the light in our unit. When we rented the unit (an indoor unit) they said that it was temp controlled. It was not.

This place is horrible they cut my lock and still all my important stuff out of there thinking I won’t know. They here to steal people stuff I’ll definitely won’t b storing anything here anymore after this month. And they rude and don’t respect customers. People pay too much money for this shit for our stuff not to be secure. This is ridiculous

Do not rent from them the insurance is bull crap all the items you have in your storage and they will only pay 250$ and it was mice’s popping out on me please DO NOT RENT THE ORANGE DOOR STORAGE WILL NOT PAY U it’s been since August and the insurance is telling me that I needed to open the boxes with mice’s jumping out on me why moving items out on top of being chased by a dog in the facility PLEASE AGAIN DO NOT RENT
