I initially had some concerns regarding security and the rent increase for my unit, which I shared with Tim. He was very helpful and was able to prorate my rent for an additional three months. After further consideration, I realized I needed a smaller unit, and Tim assisted me in finding one within the same vicinity. He clearly explained the steps I needed to take and helped make the transition smooth. I truly appreciate his transparency and support—he turned my experience into a positive one and made me feel more confident about my new unit.

My storage unit has been double the amount it’s supposed to be, they never communicate about changes either so you find out on your own. I went to the unit and there was about 10 other people there taking their stuff out their unit for the same reason. I had took 2 trips to get my stuff out and got an email stating if I don’t take my key and lock I will be charged. I broke my old mug anyways in the unit so I was going to go back and clean it up then get my lock. I come back and they took my key and lock and put a red tag on it. I called them numerous times and even sent voicemails because they cannot pick up their phone. I scheduled my move out for tomorrow, 31st, and they were quick to get me out. I went inside to talk to the virtual person and that didn’t resolve anything. I paid for the unit and they said I get to keep my key and lock, so why did they take it? Horrible service. They also tell you they have discounted prices for when you first buy the unit, DONT DO IT. It’s a scam to make you move your stuff in and get buisness. Please don’t waste your time like I did. And to mention I tried to call them to ask what to do with the key and lock BEFORE they sent me that email, so I left it there so I can come back to clean the mess.

I had a fantastic experience at this facility! Tim, the manager, was incredibly pleasant and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He showed me the space before I signed up for anything and helped me secure a great deal. Tim consistently checks in to see if I need any assistance and how everything is going with my rental. I truly appreciate his patience, support, and excellent customer service. The place is also clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

Super easy setting up and closing out the rental! Our move out day was set on a day where the weather ended up being horrible and Tim was so thoughtful and actually gave us a call to see if we seeded more time getting out so that we weren’t stuck moving in this weather!

At first I thought I was going to have issues trying to close out my account, but Joslyn (I hope I spelled it right ?) stepped out and hooked me up before the virtual assistant even connected ?. She made it seamless and very fast,so I was on my way in less than 5 minutes,with a refund for the unused lock.
They keep the place very clean, and you can do everything online if you want, just know that it's a small place, so be careful when coming in and out, but overall, I would definitely use this particular location again.
