They called the cops on us all 3 times we have been there. Gates lock at 9 but we live over 2 hours away and have 3 kids so can't usually get there until about 8. Takes us 2-3 hrs to load/unload. Even though we are right in front of the cameras and they are watching and knowing we are not doing anything wrong they call the cops on us! Last time we showed up with customers that were there to buy some stuff and had to sit and wait on us to figure out why our lock had been changed and what the new code was. Didn't look good on us and we still haven't received a text or email telling us why.

Robert is awesome, they really care at this location, the storage space area is always clean and there’s orderliness. When ever you need help just call and they’re always ready to help.

Good experience til got burglarized. Low key, out the way but make sure you double lock your door if you have to rent. I will say the property manager is a good guy! Real gentleman. Took care of me when incident happened and did best to point me in right direction to get claim handled asap! Much appreciate the good customer service!

Have yet to have a good experience.....between the kiosk not being cash reciever....the BUGS coming from the space next to mine were insane...but when asked if something would be done.....I was feeling like by no means...mm

I love this facility especially how I could secure the storage with the use of the machine at the facility. And also appreciate how one of the employees (Chris), called to check, if I need any assistance from them. She even made me understood things I didn’t know about the facility. Thank you guys, I’ll always recommend your facility.
