The hotel overall is nice but the service is not that great. I called for more than 5 times and no one answered the call. Once I reached, there was no one at the front desk to answer. Waited for almost 30 min as I didn't wanted to loose my money on reservation.

The manager here and staff are great! Very helpful and very accommodating to my family and I needs. Patal specifically has my upmost respect. Understanding my situation he has been there to make my stays as painless as possible thru this transition. I rate this hotel 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First off there was no one at the desk while I was waiting on someone to come I seen a mouse just as strolling like it owned the place probably do. Second off THERE WERE BED BUGGGGGGGSSSSSS WTH entirely pissed and will NEVER GO BACK IF IT WAS A CHOICE BETWEEN GETTING RAN OVER BY A CAR OR STAYING THERE DO NOT STAY THERE AND IT STUNK no go

Let me tell you I think this hotel could be our #1 best stay for 2023.This hotel was recently bought. The place before was as a dump.This hotel was a last minute decision.When I walked in I saw Star Quality. This place gives you the feel of success. Like a real 5 star hotel. I got that look feel and success of a 5 star hotel on a working mans budget.Top knotch very motivated staff. Beyond Covid clean. I found nothing wrong. I have never in my life or career seen a room that I could not find something even dust in a the room.Rooms: The cleaning staff has got the concept. Thoroughly clean once and then keeping it that way is easyNearby activities: This location is just off of 465 and Rockville Road. Bob Evans is right there beside it and. Speedway Gas Station is on the corner.But within 1mile in any direction you will find what you are looking for.Safety: Having had a really bad slip and fall I look for weak links.I found none.Signs were in proper places and removed when floor was dry.We humans see the sign and proceed with caution. If it's always there our brain says just keep moving.Walkability: For a nice night walk plenty of well lighted sidewalk space in the area.

It’s real quite the room feels clean and the 2 thing I look at in a hotel is 1 it doesn’t smell like cigarettes 2 the room feels clean the guy at the front desk is really nice this gotta be one of my favorite hotels the outside looks sketchy but the room is good damn quality.

Quiet inexpensive place with microwave and fridge. Spacious rooms.But the place requires much better maintenance and essential repair. Not clean.

We had made reservations in December, for vacation trip for 2 adults and one small dog. When we got there, on March 27th they notified us that as of March 1st they no longer allowed pets.No one contacted us prior to our arrival. We had to scramble and find accommodations.
