The absolute slowest Quest I have ever been to. Three people in the waiting room and it took me over an hour to be seen. Must book appointment time ahead of time and if you show up early, they won’t see you early. Essentially they don’t take walk ins.
However, the tech was very sweet and lovely to work with.

Visited this location today. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, bc if you just walk in (which absolutely is an option for labs ANYWHERE) you get passed over again and again until there’s no one left. I waited 45 minutes and 2 people that walked in after me got seen before I did. There is ONE individual working in this entire office- terrible company!!
I have made sure to change my lab collection site to Hendricks Regional in Brownsburg.

My 7-year-old son was nervous about his first blood draw, but the nurses who took care of him were absolutely PHENOMENAL! They made it as smooth and painless as possible and kept him distracted by engaging in conversation about his favorite things (NBA basketball players). I was so impressed and grateful for their above-and-beyond care!

I've been here a few times for labs and each time has been great. The staff is direct and not too friendly but that isn't their job. They seem to get people in and out efficiently and I love that.
