I took my truck to a quick repair shop for a kingpin and alternator replacement in winter. Unfortunately, the kingpin wasn’t appropriately fixed upon my initial visit, so I had to return and pay for the repairs again. Additionally, the technician mixed up the starter wiring while installing the starter, which resulted in a blown battery and lots of wiring problems. The technician I worked with seemed unsure about handling the wiring harness, leading to confusion in identifying the short circuit problem. It took nearly a week to determine that the issue stemmed from the mixed starter wires.
While working on my vehicle, the shop also removed the wiring covers and left them exposed, which allowed salt to damage the wiring harness. Due to these issues, I spent over $6,000 on roadside assistance and parts. Although their pricing is competitive, I feel that the experience has highlighted the importance of quality workmanship, professionalism, and accountability. Luck of knowledge, the owner communicates like a thug, and they are not honest. I hope my experience can help other truckers and held shops like this accountable for their careless operation. Instead of improving his service he asks for 5 star reviews and majority of them seems like not legit. If you want to get rid of your truck, this is the place to go. They will touch each and every parts like a child exploring and can’t put it back right.

Very bad repair shop I’m not recommending this shop mechanic unprofessional. My truck not bild up air and mechanic told me this is from air compressor he changed air compressor new one but truck still not bild up air and he told me nid to change air dryer to. Put new air dryer after new air dryer my truck bild up air everything problem with air dryer . Not air compressor but i paid him 4.885$ + broken fuel lines after left the shop truck requested regeneration but couldn’t regenerate after changed fuel lines truck ok to regenerate. Stay away from this shop
