It's $100 CASH to get unloaded. They only have room for about 3 trucks to stage. Unloading is based on who has the product they need so don't get bent out of shape if someone shows up after you but gets unloaded before you. It looks tighter than it actually is, there's ample room to maneuver when backing into the dock and/or pulling out of the dock.

Quick unloading most the time. Make sure you have a seal and 100 cash for lumper fee. The dock is a little tight but no should be no issue to get in. No overnight parking at all. It is downtown Indy

This is not a safe place for delivery , time for unloading is from 7 am to 12 pm , the order of arrival does not matter , we were stopped on the street for hours , just check it on Google street , and the semi / trailers occupied all the public parking spaces on the street Street . I thank you from my heart, for not parking in front of the building, that's the only way we can complete the work.

If I were to tell the truth about my experience about this location, would be fired. All I can say is the 135 needs to be involved in the unification of this pitiful job site. Much love and respect for our brothers and sisters down south. Worker human ants they are. But Damn!!!!

Fast Unload, I had some someone from the company , watch my trailer as i backed, the place is tight but not killer tight, Do not take virginia ave to get here or you will be stuck under a bridge in a really bad spot with a high probability to damage your trailer.
