Service for oil change and tire rotation was great. I needed 3 windshield wipers and inquired as to an installation fee. I was very disappointed to find there is an installation fee. I incorrectly assumed installation would be done as a courtesy especially since I purchased my car from you. I purchased the wipers from the parts department. I tried to install them as I've done on previous vehicles I've owned but at 77 years old no longer have the hand strength I once had. My son will install them for me.

Came away a little disappointed. i have been a Mazda West customer since I bought my CX9 way back in 2009. Normally, the service department treats me really well and the work done, from the video, which is great, to the intake care. Which was again good, but I was told on this trip by the service manager that I could use a coupon and when I checked out it did not get applied. It could be because a different rep checked me out and he missed it but I was a little bummed about it. Other than that good service once again.
Update, I returned with my CX9 about a month later, deciding that it was a good idea to get the recommended flushes done to preserve the life of the vehicle, and was not disappointed. Great experience and the gentleman that helped me was excellent, give that guy a raise! Thank you

the staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful ! When asked how I would rate them on a scale of 1 to 10 I answered 11 ! they truly do provide the best and most friendly service of any car dealer I've ever been in contact with with.
