I am extremely pleased with the purchase of my vehicle from Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall. It is said that "time is money." They spent a fortune on me of their time making sure I had the car of my dreams and being patient while I decided. They were always kind and considerate and even fed me home-baked cookies and sodas when I came in. It seemed like they were hand-picking cars I might like to see and called me to let me know what was available. I never had service like that before. Not pushy. Just letting me be me. Personalized service is what I got from Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall. I am pleased with my vehicle purchase. I believe it will pass the test of time. Now that that's over, I can go have fun!!! Happy hunting at Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall. Oh yeah, now that I have a good running vehicle I can go back to work also.

I have very mixed feelings about my experience with the Hyundai service department. I took my car in for service and ended up having to leave it overnight night. This was a new car and I wanted a full work over with an oil change, tire rotation, new wipers, and air filters. When I picked my car up, I didn't get any feedback about any issues. I noticed my car just sounded louder. It was like I could hear the tires turning and my brakes just didn't feel as strong. About 2 weeks later, my washer fluid msg popped up. When. I checked my washer fluid, and I realized I had no coolant either. I called first thing the following morning and while they did not feel responsible I was told to bring it in. With in 5 mins I was shown a coolant leak and a oil leak. I ask how it was possible the mechanic didn't see anything when I specifically asked for an inspection. I was told the mechanic was fired and this is apparently why. At that point I was immediately confused and wondering if anything I paid for under that hood took place. I had to leave my car because they were going to attempt to have my warranty pay for this. I was clear I didn't know if anything was done right and wanted it all checked. I expressed my concerns and they graciously gave me a loner car. It was so kind. 2 days later the warranty companies inspection came back and they said the issue was preexisting to my buying the vehicle. I couldn't believe it. That was an issue for the dealer I purchased the car from to resolve. On 1 hand I feel like I paid, what is a lot of money I didn't have, to have this car inspected and serviced but don't know if what was done. On the other hand they attempted to help with a car and calling the warranty. When I returned the loner and picked up my car, I didn't get any notes or confirmation that all my services did take place. I was given a 1k estimate and left to sort this out with the dealer. My tires still sound loud and I just don't know that I trust going back. I'm indifferent. I'm going to take it to a reliable mechanic I know personally and if something is wrong with my tires, then we will have a huge issue, and at that point, I will need my money back. It's hard to pay for a service you can't prove happened.

Make sure you take a mechanic with you, or you'll end up with a car that needs $11,000 worth of repairs and thanks to an undisclosed accident my gas tank could explode if the car is running for to long.

Good online scheduling and backend tech that lets them text you if they find other service work that may be necessary. I appreciate the efficiency of being able to click a link, review the info, and sign... all self-service, while sitting in the waiting room. Makes everything faster with less waiting. A free car wash with your service is also a nice touch.

I purchased a car a year ago with John Thornburg at Ray Skillman West Mazda. He was pleasant to work with. He listened to the things I wanted and delivered. I had to shop for a new car recently, and John was the first person I went to. He was warm and welcoming again, of course. This time, I had an idea of what I wanted. I shared that with John, and I had everything I needed with a quickness to move the sale forward. On the day of the deal, John was out sick, and I had the pleasure of working with Rodrigo Tenori. He was very outgoing and open to conversation. Rodrigo made sure my car was clean and that I had gas. My son was with me, and he was sick, so he made sure to work quickly and still provide top customer service. Rodrigo noticed my phone was dead, and I did not have a charger. Without asking, he directed me to a charging station. He rolled the red carpet out as I drove away and followed up via email to ensure everything was good with my car. I appreciate the excellent service and delicious cookies every time.

I needed to schedule service while away from home. The dealership met this need, proving prompt service from a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. The facility is clean and well organized. This is not the case at all dealerships. Ray Skillman Westside is highly recommended.

Quick friendly service (with appointment). Organized staff communicated with me via text, and service was completed quickly and efficiently. I had 4 recalls on my car, and they located/identified them all and took care of them within just over 2 hours.

It was an amazing experience. I arrived at almost the end of closing 5:30pm and service guy made sure it was taken care of. I was desperate at this point to get tire fixed and could never get it. At 6:01pm I was driving off the lot with a new tire. This was my first time meeting him since in there alot and he definetly took great care of me to put my mind at ease. Thanks so much.

Have taken my vehicle to Ray Skillman for a couple of years and have been pleased with their service. Recently had a couple of back to back less pleasing service experiences. Spoke with Blake the service manager who literally sent 2 of his technicians to my home to replace my wheel lock that they forgot to replace when tires were rotated. This level of customer service is top tier!! Thanks so much Blake and your excellent customer satisfaction focus!!

I'm always taken care of when I bring my vehicle in. Brantly was phenomenal from start to finish. Beginning from my initial phone call to doing the walk around inspection, he made me feel like I was the only customer (I wasn't) the way he offered me coffee/water and even touched base with me via text and in person during my wait. Another great experience for the books!

everytime i come everyone is polite and respectful and handles my needs. it's so quick and easy to be scheduled for service. for my actual car purchase that experience was awesome. it took all day but purchasing a new vehicle for the first time I will never forget. im so happy with my " black diamond "
