Brandon was very easy to talk to and deal with. Made the experience very easy. I actually bought a trailblazer, but then decided it wasn’t the right vehicle, and they let me switch vehicles. I now have an equinox and love it! I would highly recommend Ray Skillman Chevrolet.

My vehicle was doing the same thing every time I would pull off for about 2 months. I was referred by someone to just take my car to Ray skillman chevy since it’s still under power train warranty. So I took it. That may have been one of the worst choices Ive ever made. I took my car to the shop at 7:30am as instructed. I called around 4pm seeing I haven’t had an update and they were soon to close. I was told nothing was wrong with my car. It’s just because of the cvt engine that it seemed something was wrong. When I went to get my car it did the same thing immediately after pulling off. About 10 days later my cars check engine light came on. I ran my car to autozone thinking I would make things easier on everyone when I took my car back.I made another appointment. Took my car at 7:30 am as requested again. I gave them my diagnosis codes that I got from auto in. They told me someone would be in touch. Called around 4 again and was told he wasn’t able to look at it and to bring my car back the following week. When I brought my car back the third time at 7:30 am I was told to come back in a few days to get my car. At this time I had no idea I would be without a car for multiple days. i was finally able to get that fact in my head. So another appointment was made. Dropped my car off last Tuesday and was told it would be a few days. And I would have updates Thursday. There hasn’t been one time that someone called me first. I have to call just to get reassurance. Customer service is awful in the service department. I was finally able to speak with someone Ryan who was able to give more information then I heard during the entire process. He advised the part was in and shouldn’t take long to fix and to call back Tuesday. Spoke with them today and was told they will call me back tomorrow. I’ve lost my job due to not being able to tell them when I’ll be in seeing that I don’t have a car. Ray skillman approved me for a rental car for 15 days which I’m not to sure why. Except I don’t have insurance and enterprise couldn’t change the dates of service. So I’d have to pay 400 for the covered rental. There’s just been one thing after another and it’s hard to not feel like you’re bothering the service people. It’s just like everyday I’m sad because I don’t have my car. Everyone at the dealership has an attitude which sucks because I just wanted expectations of what to do next. Or how long it will be. But they’re so short with their sentences and care less about what anyone may have going on in their lives. It just sucks. There is a Ryan there who at least acts like he cares which is all that’s needed. Spoke with Darcy again today who stated my part came in yesterday. The last she knew is that he was working on it today and she can call me back tomorrow. I have asked for a supervisor to call me back to clarify somethings and really just to feel more comfortable about the whole thing and that’s never been done either. I just can’t wait until I don’t have to call them anymore. Bummer. I just feel so lost with everything. Everyday I cry because I don’t know. And now no job. I just at least would like my car finished to get out of their hairs.On a side note. I came with my father to get a new vehicle and the reps up front in sales are freaking awesome. Something is going on in the back though.

After visiting another dealership that put a bad taste in my mouth we tried Ray Skillman over the weekend and had the best experience. They were fast, efficient, super helpful, and friendly! We will for sure be back for our future purchases! Extra shout out to Kevin for all of his help and hard work!

I could not have been more impressed with the service I received at Ray Skillman Chevy. To be honest, I had started my car search with another dealership, and they were horrible to work with. When I walked into Skillman, I was met with nothing but kindness...it was so refreshing.Kevin was fantastic to work with as well. He made me feel calm and confident about my decision because I honestly did not think I would be walking away with a new car last weekend. He just made the entire process so easy! His follow-up since the purchase has also been greatly appreciated. I have already shared his contact information with a friend who may be ready to purchase a new car soon. I will be a Skillman supporter for life now. It's been 14 years since I last purchased a car, so thank you to everyone who had made this new car a reality for me!

Surprised your service department just state your car is done and does not take a few minutes to review all the items completed on your service. For example, I was told my vehicle was ready, but service person did not review tire tread depth or brake usage, but it was listed on paper copy that the dealership will keep. Instead, Tristan was wanting to get back and stand at his pop-up working station. People are spending money on a service, but nobody at Ray Skillman wants to go the extra mile to make you feel like a valuable customer. Not a very customer friendly environment. I am not sure if I would use this dealership future based on the service department customer care.This is total opposite of the sales staff they are friendly and will go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed at the dealership.

I brought my truck in for repair the engine code suggested it could be a faulty 02 sensor I had replaced the 02 sensor 2 weeks prior to bringing my vehicle to you I had advised the technician of this. Later in the day you called me and said the vehicle had a bad 02 sensor, I again advised the person on the phone that I really did not think it was my 02 sensor and that person assured me that it was, so I paid over $500 to have them replaced and within 12 miles of driving, the check engine light came back on so I brought the vehicle back. Then the technician called and said the vehicle had a bad fuel injector, the spark plugs were could put, and maybe the maf sensor could be bad. I voiced my dissatisfaction with the technician and with the service manager (Ryan Watkins). I left your facility very unsatisfied and even more confused as to why the bad fuel injector wasn't diagnosed on the first visit but was told for another $380 they could replace it. So I spent $510 on 02 sensors that didn't need replaced and certainly didn't fix the issue. My vehicle was not properly diagnosed the first time so when I brought it back, somebody decided to investigate a little further which should have been done in the first place instead of assuring me that replacing 02 sensors would correct the problem

They sold me and my family 2 vehicles with transmission issues they both have warranty and extended warranty we pay extra for and still want to charge 1k for just a tear down before allowing any warranty take place not to mention had an appointment and they waited a week to look at it and didn't even contact us with any info we had to call several times then treated us like the bad guys not to mention they were only vehicles so no way to get around in the meantime and refuse to help in anyway worse dealer ever!! Customer service was horrible too never had time to explain anything always rushing us out the doors very dissatisfied now we have 2 vehicles we cant do anything with... ?

Andrea C.I received a phone call 24 hours after talking to a salesman about a vehicle I was interested in that had a deposit on after the deal fell through. I live 75 miles away after asking if it was good if I drove over.He assured me they would be there til 7 and could make a deal if I wanted the vehicle. After I was on my way he called to tell me that there is a 7k demand increase on the vehicle I was purchasing on top of the msrp price. I told him my husband said absolutely not I'm not paying more for a vehicle then it's worth. Also assured me they accept the gm employee discount which is 10% off msrp. Drove all the way there for them to tell me they will only do 5% off employee discount and they are giving me 7k less on my trade in then it's worth. No dealing with me or trying to meet in the middle. So I walked out very unhappy and lied to! I recommend not doing business with these people if at all possible, they are crooks!

I purchased a vehicle from here.. the first one I got was great.. the second one has been nothing but trash. Their customer service has to be the absolute worst in every situation . I hate having to write a review each time, but I guess that’s the only way for ppl to know. It’s disheartening because I spoke so highly of this place. Then to top off the service the lady Amy left me sitting there and didn’t even come tell me my car was ready. That’s to be expected considering the attitude she came at me with. It’s not my fault my car came with no lights on but leaves with lights. But that’s my fault. Lesson learned.. thanks Connie for being kind! I appreciate them in my time of need, but just be mindful where you spend your money.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER! They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR NEEDS! They DON'T HAVE EXPERIENCE TECHS THERE TO FIX YOUR CAR! I spent $3000 getting my vehicle fixed and after 2 weeks my check engine light came on again. I take it in on a Saturday morning because I work throughout the week and was told that it would take 2 hrs before they can run a diagnostic to find out what the code was because on Saturdays they have limited staff and do maintenence work. I waited 3 1/2 hours and called them because no one bothered to call me. They told me that they have to do a smoke test on Monday. Then on Monday they call to tell me it will be another $1600. They don't fix it right and charge way too much. Customer service is horrible. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! STAY AWAY! Convenient IS NOT ALWAYS BEST! WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS ?
