Went in opened a checking account, staff were very informative of their products and services. The Branch Manager went out of his way to accommodate us.

I've gone to this location every day mon-fri for almost 3 years. It's went from occasionally opening late to opening late daily. Today they didn't open until 9:30. Wouldnt be a big deal if they posted a sign stating that or altered their hours online to 9:30 being their opening time, but there was no sign or anything. The employee watched me stand out in the cold, waiting, while he sipped his coffee. Ended up driving to a different regions 15 minutes away. Just close this one at this point. Ever since Lynn, Stacey, and Kyle left, it's been a disaster.

Business doesn't adhere to their posted hours. I have to go to the bank every day for work and make a deposit, I am usually there bright and early at 9 AM. This Regions regularly does not open until 930 or after, with no sign or anything posted to let you know they will be opening late. I got to stand outside in the cold today while the employee just stared at me from the lobby while he sipped his coffee. Eventually due to time restraints I had to leave and go to a different Regions. I had quit using this one a few months back because it had so many problems with staffing and being open during posted hours, but today I tried this one again. They didnt open until 9:30 again.

My one star review has absolutely nothing to do with this locations performance I’m sure this location has is good at customer service has any bank you’ve ever been. My one star review is in regards to how ho hard it is to get a hold of someone over the phone. This is a problem based in corporate ruling if you look up Regions online to call them the only phone number listed is corporate’s number so if I want to call my bank specific location I have to wait on hold with everyone else who ever wants to talk to someone from Regions get a hold of someone in their corporate office and then get transferred to my local bank and God for bid you forget to ask for your local banks phone number you will have to wait you’ll just wait and wait and wait and wait. Also in the time that it has taken for me to write this review my card has been stuck in your ATM please get it together regions my husband and I will be getting a new account

Regions Bank, where every day is like Friday. Even if it's not crowded, you still get to wait. Where employees gather and chat like it's Friday, while you wait. When you visit, be prepared to enjoy the plain, uninviting design. And don't forget the wait time. Pack a lunch, bring your phone and maybe a sleeping bag.

I LOVE THIS BRANCH! My husband has been using this branch for 4 years and is treated like family every time he arrives! I currently signed up with the park Fletcher location and they are a joke. The people are rude, and they always do something to mess up our money. I will NEVER return to that location again. But this branch, they will be the branch I always use.

very rude and inconsiderate staff, atm is always out of service or malfunctioning, it ate my card yesterday for no reason. i called and a gentleman told me it was here, when i arrived there was no sign of it. they need to get it together. their less than favorable location is no excuse for the inconvenience others and i often experience

I love this app because it tell me when things are expecally when I'm out of state
