If I could give store a zero I would. This so called a person name vidale or whatever his name is? Is very rude and Disrespectful. Stay away from them they will sell you broken furniture and when you try to change it to another one they will give you hell. They are horrible all of them. Very GHETTO

Delivery team made a hole in the couch armrest and I have been calling and emailing the store for updates on either a replacement, to return the couch, or at least something to figure this out, and it’s me the one trying to get more information. The Costumer service has been more than insufficient at this point. I was only told a new replacement was meant to by at the store by Friday but at the moment 6:00 no one have called nor I have received any notification wether the couch arrived or not.

I've always had a good experience at this location. I've been a customer since they opened this location. Staff and manager are helpful and friendly. The process is quick and easy. Being able to make payments online is very convenient, and you have the choice of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. You can apply and start your agreement online as well. The variety of merchandise in stock is always good online and in store, options of new and used, everything is clean and in excellent shape. Delivery of product is always fast and professional, and they set everything up for you. I love the longer same as cash option, which allows me to pay things off versus a long, drawn-out rental agreement. Location is convenient if you need to go into the store. I recommend this location. My advice using rent a center versus bashing the staff is this... Expect to get called, etc, if you're late on payment, so don't be late on payment. If you come to a point where you can't afford payments anymore, just call them to come pick up the merchandise and be done with it versus dragging them or you through harassment, court etc, it's not worth it. If you can pay off in the same as cash window, I recommend it. It saves from paying on something forever and paying more in the long run ?

Amanda is rude and hung up on me while I was explaining my issue and then I called back and was trying to solve the issue with an employee but they also hung up on me... awesome customer service skills. dbags

Dale helped me at the west 38th st location. I went in and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. The whole process was smooth. I definitely would recommend.

RUN!! Save your money!!! VIDALE IS THE WORST!!! Worst customer service ever!! My family has rented from other locations in Indiana and they were amazing! But this store will never be like the other locations until they replace their current staff!!
