The problem is people often times will get you to be in a situation where are often times it doesn’t have an issue among other people besides one person that want to make everything to a bad day.
For one I feel like if anybody is underlined racist people needs to be fired because for one this lady talking about, she will call the cops if I don’t pay no $.32 worth of ice. Here’s the issue, though the problem is I well known in the community in Geist to live where people often times are friendly and they don’t have issues whenever they are being nice of giving away ice. The old lady with white hair and glasses act like a witch when I walked in after I warmed up my food . She only been manager for only a short period of time and already she display will lie to get where she needs to be even if the situation is not even a big deal. Also, every time I come to this gas station, I always pay for gas and everything else and they know I’ll be paying my own stuff and only thing that I usually get is a couple ice that the other manager and people that used to work in there before she came in were allowing me to get ice.
She needs to be fired because I will be damned if somebody will try to call the cops on me for no absolute reason over some stupid ice Because if I was a manager, I wouldn’t make it a big deal but I refuse to let somebody call the cops on me over some stupid ice that is $.32 that I can easily pay for but the principal is other people that know I get ice for free was not an issue that I pay for everything else as long as I lived here in the community before her mean self came in.

The Geist GetGo has long been an excellent place to get fuel and necessities! Shy, Karisa, Jordan and crew are most-always pleasant and helpful. They do a good job with the diversity of counter customers' needs keeping the lines moving! Kudos to this store!

Why can't gas stations remain clean. This GetGo gets filthier every time I go in. Counters are gross, floors gross, fountain machine always taste funny. One day, gas station owners will realize that customers will return more frequently if you keep the place clean. In the end, this gas station is like most, indistinguishable from all the other filthy gas stations.

9:50 pm and they are already closed. The closing time states 10 pm. People are at the pumps pumping gas and they turn off the lights.

This store has to be the worst in the entire chain. The gas pumps never print a receipt, requiring customers to go into the store and thereby defeating the purpose of paying at the pump. Most recently, the clerk went on seemingly-drunken rant, threatening me with bodily harm if I ever return to "his" property.

Rickers had a much better customer experience than GetGo. Since taking over, GetGo has changed their hours to be less appealing, there are frequent issues at the pump that include the pumps not working correctly, pumps not taking credit cards, pumps being out of receipt paper, and the trash windshield washer solvent and paper towels are frequently low or out. The staff is friendly enough and nice and polite even, but ownership certainly doesn't seem to care about the customer experience.

Twice this week the doors are locked and no one is there during business hours. Pumps are also turned off so even if you don’t need to go inside you can’t buy gas. No sign on the door indicating a return time. Extremely frustrating as there aren’t other options nearby.

I've been here twice in the last month; the first time they were out of regular gas, the second they had drinks advertised 2/$4.44 but would not honor that price. They also had no bags which normally isn't an issue, but I walked on that particular day and was not told until after I had already paid. I also remember coming to this location in the winter; the air comepressor ate my money...I addressed this to the staff and was told it was owned by a separate company and there was nothing they could do.
