Two days we where here in a row and asked to go to the bathroom and they told us no it was out of service we asked the cashier and the security to open it for us and they both said it was out of servise but as we where here walking around other workers where opening the bathroom for other people while we where told it was out of service

Prices aren't bad, selection is good enough but the cashiers at this store don't seem very happy about being employeed. No eye contact and had to force have a nice evening out of the girl that seems in capable of smiling. All in all if you shop here do it for the products not the experience.

Love me some Ross great deals and items. Store seemed bit disorganized. I lost my eyeglasses here and called because my prescription glasses was missing a piece of one lens can tell they are used my puppy got ahold of em. But they claim nothing is here. Unsure of their lost and found policies.

This place didn't have anything good, it eas picked clean, associates were rude and the other shoppers were worse, won't be returning to home of the hood boogers anytime soon

Went for the first time, despite how busy, the cashier Charity was nice, smiling and so professional. It makes all the difference when the staff are happy and nice. It reflects to me a good management. Thank you
