I love this location. It’s generally well maintained, stocked, and organized, and I almost always find treasures here. My only complaint—sometimes their restroom is out of order, so plan ahead! But in general, this is one of my favorite places to browse.

The store is generally clean, but I had a disappointing experience with the staff. The woman at the fitting room door was particularly rude, and the young cashier was unfriendly and lacked basic customer service skills. She didn’t smile or greet me, which made the interaction feel cold and unwelcoming. Just because your prices are low doesn’t mean customers should be treated poorly.

They closed fitting rooms on us and workers were unnecessarily rude when we asked for anything and restrooms were also closed, and the workers weren't doing their job.

I've shopped ross for years love it cost less than marshall
Same items getting hair products purple shampoo much more affordable same product highly recommend trying Ross any and all locations have a great shopping day shoe shopping

This store has went down terribly the management sucks and the staff is unkind. You can’t return anything even if you purchased the item the day before I recommended going to any Ross but the one in castelton area.
