Cannot use website anymore. Cannot shop without store locator.... however, store locator is not working for me. I tried searching my store name, strip mall names, city, state, zip code you name it.... nothing found. I even tried just typing "rue 21" in search and nothing found.... Cannot shop online if website won't allow me.
Please fix website.
Also when clicking on website from the Google search of rue 21 in southern Plaza indianapolis indiana.... that website is a bad link, not found it says.

While we were there and getting ready to checkout the woman kept having us swipe the card and it deducted 3 separate charges. We kept asking about it and she insisted the system was failing and not charging. She had us move to another register to check out and had us swipe again. 💳 seems like at the end of her shift she pocketed that money! Be cautious here

1st off if you of color be ready to be have a shadow Which is crazy to me then Don’t ask no questions cuz nobody knows anything but can follow you all over the store I’ve been to the since they got this new manager and it is horrible the last manager made you feel like you were very important this one was worried about the time they had last night ?♀️‼️

The young ladies in there working were awesome they were very friendly and beyond helpful with a great knowledge of what was or wast in stock definitely a 10+ for customer service, the store as very well organized sizes and colors were all in order and coordinated

My daughter shops here all the time we've always been welcomed and everyone's always so helpful but today I returned my daughters jeans as I walked in the lady helped me right off looked all over for my daughter's size took em to the register another lady rang em and swapped well she forgot the security tag and I buzzed I laughed and said ooops she said omg I'm such a mess up and the fist lady said "NO YOU MADE A MISTAKE AND WEVE ALREADY FIXED IT"! IDK why they melted my heart people are so cruel and these workers lift each other definitely a great team!

Unprofessional and against human ethics of professionalism. Manager will appreciate doing the work but don’t handle problems is not their solution. If someone is needed is necessary for the managers to forget but tried to communicate behind close doors. I was threaten by customer while working there and nothing was solved. This store location not only show what people have higher power can do but also hurt financially by demoting or being unprofessional. I recommend don’t work at this location because the voice of speaking against what’s wrong and how people should be treated. I hope it won’t happen to everybody but it had gone too long and need to be handled if they want people to work for them. ?️
