Shop staff was exceptionally rude. Refused to offer help and gave me attitude when I asked. I think I overheard them mention my race as well in less-than-polite terminology..

Terrible service! You would think their customer service would be exceptional for the amount of money they charge for “high end “ products. This summer 2023 I purchased a pair of Fendi sunglasses and they broke 4 months later while trying to put them on. I went to Saks personally and they gave me the phone number for Fendi and when I called they re-directed me to Saks since they purchase the items from them. Basically, they said they were liable for my glasses (Saks). When I called back they said they couldn’t do anything for me since they don’t have much information in their system ( he was able to find the date and dollar amount I paid with my email) and redirected me to the actual store. There was a lot of back and forth and never was able to get through again with someone from the actual store. I decided to go to an optometrist in target and they fixed them without hesitation in less than 5 minutes AND did not charge me at all! This is was the worst experience ever! I paid a pretty penny for these “high end sunglasses” for the glasses to break in less than 6 months and not only that for them not to help me. I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!! If I could I would give them 0 stars.

It is not the largest Saks, but it is neatly organized across 2 floors. The store is very clean and easy to navigate. Fitting rooms are immaculate. While the selection is not the same as in larger cities, you still get quality clothes, shoes, and accessories, and decent service. Plus, you can always order online and pick up in store (or get delivery to your door). They frequently have discounts and sales, so you can find some really good bargains (sign up for emails and get their mobile app). All the employees are welcoming and helpful. Special shoutout to Cory who is an ambassador for Boss men's - always attentive, friendly, and professional. This is some of the finest shopping experiences in Indianapolis, and even for someone like me who doesn't like shopping for clothes - I enjoy coming here!

I will never buy online from this Thief ring! I made $6,000+ worth of purchases. Had to return around $2,000 worth of items. They only sent me a return gift card for $1,100 ish. So frustrated! They stole from me! An the customer service is horrible! I hope this entire company goes bankrupt so they can’t steal from others!!!!

Used to come here every year for an elegant evening gown and enjoyed the process. This year was the opposite. The store is empty of employees and any dresses that are appropriate for this season. It’s giving Sears before it closed. Not high fashion.

I needed a gift under $100 for a budgeted purchase.When I first approached an Associate in the Tom Ford section, she took me over to another section of perfumes but announced loudly "She needs something under $100". First time buying a pair of heels there. Didn’t know what would fit me because my feet are weird and I read that sizes can run small. I had a pair in mind already after looking through their app, but wanted to be sure that the fitting was correct. In their app they did not have the size I thought I needed, so I didn’t think to look if they were on display/available in store. I was informed that “we are not a try on store” by the lady that “helped” me and that she’d “appreciate it if I ordered through them.” I showed her the pair that I was interested in on the app and she said “they’re right here, how did you miss those?” Rude, and an warranted pathetic attitude. I decided to order them online and have them shipped to my home instead of finishing any purchase in the store. I was excited to finally have my first pair of these heels, I’ve worked hard and saved for these, and the experience was 100% dampened by her. How hard is it to just be nice? 0/10
