your tire service department absolutely sucks as far as customer service is concerned. it's pretty much non-existent and your managers are not very friendly either. I will never buy another tire or battery from Sam's Club and I know you don't really care.

The manager there I want to say his name is nick they didn't have the right amount of cupcakes I need for my kids birthday so the one that was there was messed up asked for discount he literally gave them and some more to my kids and I'm so grateful I'm happy and so was my kids I really want to thank him you Are a great person and a blessing

I was at store # 6304 In Indianapolis today to pickup some items and the store hadn’t open yet, so we went to grab some brunch and when we returned to shop they had towed my vehicle and said I had abandoned it in the 2.5 hours that we was gone. Needless to say the assistant manager Nick was very rude and said it wasn’t his problem and that I shouldn’t have parked at the end of the lot with out of state tags. Needless to say Sam’s clubs is going to lose a member who spends well over the $150 that it cost me for the Tow bill. I will never visit them or a Wal-mart location again. Costco and Target have just earned a new customer. Thanks

Became a member today. I was thoroughly impressed with this particular Sam's Club. It was well stocked, the prices were very good, and the staff that I interacted with were all very knowledgeable and helpful.

I am members at Costco and Sam's. Sam's has better prices on the stuff I normally use.

I let you buy bulk nuts, dried fruits and other goods to mix and put in snack size Zip-Locks and save money. Reasonable selection. Just had keys made while I shopped for a 2012 Ram and 2018 Jeep. Very convenient and much less than the dealer. The key van guy was also MUCH more pleasant to deal with.

The lines were extremely (almost comically) long. Especially for a Wednesday at 1 PM. It was our first visit (as new members) and the lines extended down the aisles to the point where you couldn't even walk around the front of the store and had to turn around and walk back up the aisle you had just gone down because it was so clogged with people in line. That being said, all the employees that we did encounter were extremely friendly and helpful and pleasant, even though I'm sure they were under a lot of stress. I did find a lot of great deals and variety and freshness, so we were happy with that. We might've just come at the wrong time and I hope not to have to deal with lines like that for the duration of our membership. Because other than those, it was a pleasant shopping experience.

As always... the Sams club out on Rockville road is alway amazing!! It was quite packed in here today but it was still easy to maneuver through! Sams is like a one stop shop! Clothes, books, food and wine! I mean what more cAn you ask for!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Well sure ai would recommend!! Keep it up Sams club.

The customer service that I received from Sam's Club is frankly the worst I've experienced, to the point of me feeling it's worth it to write this review. I signed up to Sam's club because of a promo they had where, if I signed up, I would get a $20 online gift card and a $20 in-store gift card. Seemed a little crazy, but it was on their official website and i figured to go for it. I signed up. A few days later, I check my account online and see there is no credit or anything. No worries. I go in about a week later and head to the customer service desk. I was met with immediate defensiveness and told to call the customer service number, which I was genuinely grateful to have because i thought I was headed in the right direction towards a resolution. I call the number and the customer service rep is very nice and says they added the credit to my account, tells me to give it a few days. A few days later, nothing changes, so I send an email. I get a response asking for the promo I signed up for, so I send them the picture. No response. Email again. No response. Email through their website again. No response. And that has been the cycle I have been stuck in. I really don't expect this review to change anything, or for anyone to contact me in response to this; however, it is just frustrating to felt completely ignored when I am truly trying to be reasonable in my communication of this issue. That is why I wrote this review, and that is why there is no way I'll sign up for a Sam's club membership again. Hope you all have a wonderful day :)

Absolutely ridiculous! When I first arrived here I was looking for one of the handicap scooters since my leg is broken to get my shopping done. There were none and when I ask the associate by the door she said sorry it's my first day can't help you... I was in shock. I ended up finally finding a manager who advised that they put them all away at 6 so they don't have to look for them and they are can not let them out to people. She told me I could come back tomorrow and use one if before 6pm. The store was trashed I tried to take a few pictures to show. I will never never never come back here. Going to cancel and not look back. Shameful!

Terrible terrible customer service. Bakery told me to be in at 9 to pick up cupcakes, they wouldn't let me in at 9 because I'm not a plus member, told me "well the bakery doesn't get to make the decisions on when you get to come in" they were very rude with me. Another guy was here for the butcher, told to pick up at 9, they also won't let him in and gave him sass about how they don't get to make the decision, "only the people wearing green vest get to make decisions". I have had horrible service with sams club the entire year I have been a member.

Greenwood was out of something we needed so we came to the Rockville Rd store and I felt like we had to be on a hidden video show...they treated the customers terrible like there was no way this is real. They were literally on a PA yelling at customers in line. It was the craziest thing ever. As a company you desperately need to do secret shopping or something because your front end supervision is severely lacking as I imagine the man and woman on the PA's were in some sort
