Honestly. All these negative reviews had me very concerned about this load. Yet my experience was typical of any other shipper. Yes it took them over 2 hrs to load me but less than 3. I did see other people experiencing the problems mentioned here but they were late and having to be worked in. They can't make the people who are on time late and have to pay them detention because you were late. You obviously didn't care enough about their time to be on time so they don't care about yours. At least that was what I took from all these negative reviews and what I observed.

Been here for 10 hours and haven't even opened the doors so let's be clear turnaround and freaking run. Went inside to say something to the lady for the first time after 8 hours fussed at me like I was doing something wrong for asking what's going on. Run run run beware run run don't do it.

Receiving department has empty nester , not paying attention if somebody on receiving window !very slow unloading , waste of time to deliver here , Total stupidity of these companies, wasting truckers time !

One of the worst shipper,13 hours to load. Truckers avoid this place. No parking in the premises. They will only take you half an hour before appointment, so don’t come early
