Fox was really helpful with guiding us on what to do when we consolidated two storage units. He was always there to answer questions, he was patient, and followed up with us to make sure we were happy with the arrangements.

The Fall Creek Indy location is very convenient. Fox has taken over, the best customer service in my 6 years. Wow! The bathroom is open, available and clean. The office is available during regular hours. Thank you.

I watched the young man who works here get yelled at by a customer because THEY didn’t pay their bill and their stuff was going to be auctioned. The young man was professional and handled it better than I would have! Get rid of that tenant if they are continuing to be late, why make the employees put up with people like this???

SecurCare was sold to NSA during the pandemic and the quality at this location has unfortunately dropped considerably as a result.
Came over to faculty last weekend on a Sunday afternoon and the main gate was wide open. No one was around the store so I called the after hours number. Explained the issue and that I wanted a call back when the gate was fixed. Took nearly 24 hours to get a follow-up response.
Rates increase every year but the faculty is starting to show lack of care and attention: all exterior walls and doors need repainted badly, most gutters are damaged or flat out broken, some roll up doors are broken, pavement needs attention with grass/weeds in the cracks and tree debris, entrance to facility floods out after heavy rains, and I think one of the security cameras is misaligned.
Inside storage units are generally in better condition but the climate control isn't great. It's cold in the winter and pretty warm in the summer. Top of rental units don't seem to be well insulated so the temperatures fluctuate.
Overall this was a great rental faculty when we signed up right before the pandemic but it's really going downhill fast. I'd give 3 stars, but the security lapse with the gate is inexcusable.
Unfortunately this review lands at a 2 until NSA decides to put some investment money and elbow grease back into the grounds and facilities.
