My husband and I have been using SecurCare Self Storage for over 6 years and it's never looked better! There have been a few different property managers over the years; some better than others. Since January, when the new Property Manager Donna started things began to look a whole lot better. You can tell she has worked very hard to make the area clean and even safer! The Assistant Manager, Heather is also outstanding. She was so helpful when my husband and I came to take a few things out of our storage unit today. She went out of her way making our visit so easy and pleasant. I highly recommend SecurCare!

I am very impressed by the way your Manager Donna, handled all my storage needs. Donna is professional, yet a very kind person. She was always available even after regular bussiness hours, to help and deal with any issues I had. I wish they're were more people like Donna to do my every day bussiness with!

Extremely welcoming, I was given detail and amazing customer service. Most facilities I’ve been to I’m given lazy, and snooty replies. Donna is the nicest woman I’ve met in this business, she gives detail, energy and has an amazing personality!!

I reserved a unit half a month before I needed to move in and was told over the phone that I had to come in the next day or I'd lose my reservation. So I did that, only to be told when I arrived that I wasn't supposed to come in until the day my reservation started.
As a result, the wrong date was listed on my rental contract. They told me it wasn't a big deal and that they'd fix it on the portal. I was dumb and believed them, but of course they didn't actually do that, so I ended up paying more than I was going to. When I complained to the manager about the situation, they raised my rent.
THEN, when I went to move out, they had screwed my unit shut??? Literally a giant screw through the door into the door frame. I had gotten zero notice, no paper on the door, paid my rent every month. I had to pry it open with a crow bar and it was impossible to shut the door again after with a giant screw sticking out, so I just had to hope no one stole the stuff I couldn't fit into my car during each trip back to my apartment.
Ultimately, they sucked, and I'm not surprised, because they're the cheapest option I could find. Don't make my mistake!!!

I have been trying to get in touch with this property manager for 4 days now. I spoke with their off site customer service. The first person I spoke to told me that I was incorrectly charged and as soon as we can get in touch with the property manager the charge would be reversed. They advised me they left a voice-mail and an email for the property manager to reverse the charge. I called the office repeatedly the next couple of days and still no word. So I called the offsite customer service again and was now told that the charge was correct and I wasn't getting my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous they charged me for a unit that is completely empty and they were advised of the move out date in advance. DO NOT rent from them unless you want money taken out unjustly and they will do nothing to return it to you even after they told you they would. So frustrated.

If I could give a -5 I would. Worst experience ever. No on-site management and trashiest place ever. We get to the unit and our unit is trashed. People live in the units and trash everywhere. I called to get a refund and was told I'd receive a call in 72 business hrs. I'm also contacting BBB.

Friendly staff and available when I needed
I do want to say I'm truly unhappy to see the manager crystal leave she's been just an amazing asset to this storage facility always friendly and helpful very honest and sincere wish there was something that could be done to get her to stay on with the company I have told alot of people about this place just because of her being the one working here

Our storage unit was broken into. The walls inside had been smashed and everything was gone through and thrown around. The walls connecting the other units had holes in them too allowing the thieves to go from one unit to another. Literal human feces outside of the storage unit. The facility illegally locked it after if has been broken into. We were never notified but they will sure take your money. DO NOT RENT HERE YOUR ITEMS WILL BE STOLEN!!!
