This place has been the primary place for the collection, distribution and fencing of stolen goods from the surrounding neighborhoods. It has been an ongoing problem for years. Many of the units are filled with people living in them that will steal from your unit. The management has known this location has needed a guard for five years, but does not want to pay. So instead, the entire neighborhood is suffering and your stuff will be stolen. Should you be foolish enough to leave it here. The regional manager and corporate are both aware , But they have no respect or value when it comes to your possessions, or that of the neighborhood.

I rented a storage unit online and for the first week couldn't get access because there were keys on the unit and I couldn't make contact with the onsite manager. After more attempts and driving around the property I finally located her. I was informed that my unit shouldn't have been rented to me because it was used for overflow from break ins. She found me another unit, said she would get me an updated contract and ensure that I had the rate I was at when I rented the unit and I was thankful. Later she sent me a new contract that had the updated unit # on it but it had a higher rate included. I called, left a voicemail and made a couple attempts to go out there and speak with her about the issue. I finally found her again and she assured me that she had it on her boss's desk to get fixed and it would be taken care of. Since, nothing has been done and after countless phone calls, voicemails, calls to customer service and tickets being generated and being told that someone would be reaching out to me I have heard nothing and received notifications that I have an overdue amount owed and incurring interest fees for a contract that includes rate I did not agree to nor have I signed because I was told that I would have the same rate I had when I initially secured the original unit online and the contract would be fixed to correct that error. This has been the worst experience and example of customer service I have ever encountered. Not one single call back and not one attempt has been made to correct the error that was made on their end.

Very happy!! First off, the agent I dealt with, Crystal, was amazing.. super accommodating, friendly, and made me feel at ease with leaving everything I have inside her facility. Not to mention she got me a price that was nearly HALF of other nearby storage facilities!! Couldn't be happier!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible! I've been keeping stuff here since before securcare bought the place, that's about ten years! Used to be ok, now it's just terrible. The customer service is non-existent across the board. Local, corporate, doesn't matter... it's horrible.

I have had storage here for 7 years and it has improved tremendously in the past year with the recent management very clean and secure storage.

Securecare is a complete joke! I’ve rented from this location for TEN years. Haven’t received a bill via email or regular mail in a year! No one can fix the issue. Auto pay stops working, then I’ll owe hundreds in fees and late rent. Twice that I can recall my unit has gone to lien. I live over 1000 miles away, I can’t just swing by and fix it. I’ve been paying roughly $100 a month for TEN YEARS! You’d think I could get some customer service from them. In those ten years, my unit has been broken into(who knows what’s even left), water damaged, locks broken off, and who knows what else.

I had a great experience when I rented my storage unit. Crystal was amazing and very friendly and I was kind of on a deadline and she got everything done in a very timely manner?

Friendly staff (Crystal) has been helpful and understanding. This place was a mess when she stepped in to take over after the last manager ran the place down . Keep up the good work Crystal . Place is much better than 10 to 12 months ago before she started .
