I came with aching bones, tendons, nerves, and dampened spirits. I departed walking straight up with no pain. Happy days! Thank God Zahir and Sarah knew what to do for me. And it worked! Then they showed me how to maintain myself in good condition on my own.

Highly recommend this business. After two visits with Zahir, I have already noticed a remarkable difference in my flexibility and strength. He’s knowledgeable and truly cares. The whole staff is very friendly. Overall, an excellent experience with PT.

Knee pain is no fun, but thanks to Zahir I began to feel relief within a few sessions. From the very first meeting, I was impressed by Zahir's knowledge and compassion. I consider him to be the best coach and cheerleader! The "game plan" that he set in place for my recovery has been easy to follow. The "workouts" are quickly helping to strengthen my knee. Zahir explains the benefit of each exercise and "cheers me" on. I can't say enough positive things about Zahir. To make a good thing even better, Maria, at the front desk, is a delight! She makes me smile!! Two thumbs up for Select Physical Therapy at Castleton!

I have been very pleased with the care I have received here. I am getting PT for a total knee replacement. The PT, Zahir has done a fabulous job with my rehabilitation. He is compassionate and knows when to push me to work harder. He is always positive! I would highly recommend this facility.

This place is the best for physical therapy. I have been to couple other competitors but here they actually listen to you and treat you with kindess and respect. Zahir does an amazing job with your ailments and is the only person here that treats you. No techs or aids here just the therapist. Maria the front desk tells you upfront about your insurance coverage and is very friendly and personable. Look no further for physical therapy! Great team here i am so happy i found this location!

I am happy with the results that I am getting from Select Therapy. I think Zehir has a real interest in the people he is treating and cares about their results. He will give suggestions to try for issues that may come up and remembers what problems you are working on. He has extra training an I feel with his care and expertise I am at the best place possible.

I have had wonderful progress here! Look no further for physical therapy! I went to a different company before and it wasn't helping. Zahir has done a tremendous job getting me better in many ways and achieve my goals of getting back to golf. He is knowledgeable, professional and extremely nice. Maria the front desk is awesome at her job and super personable and let's me know everything upfront. Top notch location for therapy!
