About SEPHORA at Kohl's

Sephora at Kohl's Southport offers a welcoming beauty shopping experience with a selection of up to 125 brands, including popular names like FENTY BEAUTY, Rare Beauty, and Sephora Collection. The store provides a variety of makeup, skincare, hair, and fragrance products, with trusted Beauty Advisors available to assist customers in finding products that fit their budget, lifestyle, and needs. While the store's setup is similar to a typical Sephora, it is somewhat smaller and may have limited stock compared to standalone locations or Ulta. Customers have noted that staff are helpful and knowledgeable, with several praising specific employees for their exceptional service and product advice. However, service quality can vary; some visitors found the store empty during certain times, with delays or less attentive assistance, especially when staff were on lunch or busy. Additionally, the store's hours are often aligned with Kohl's, which can be misleading for early shoppers expecting Sephora to open earlier. Overall, Sephora at Kohl's Southport provides a convenient beauty destination with friendly staff and a decent product selection, making it a good place to shop for beauty needs, though some improvements in stock availability and service consistency are desired.
