You know I tried this place right after they so-called put so much money into it upgrading it changing the name trying to make it a flamingo Oasis Car Wash paid for the expensive NASCAR tire wash it only got two tires so here it is 3 months later I thought I'd try them again absolutely sucks again the kid who's supposedly supposed to pre-wash some of the car before you go in the tunnel does a shity job even after several of us tipped him why don't you try putting some of that money in training your employees to do a better job than putting up some stupid new sign

We love their carrot 🥕 cakes but they ran out so that was upsetting. Red velvet cake was stale. I love this gas station though! ⛽️

Overall not too bad of a gas station but would be much better (and SANITARY) if Bob wouldn't dig the Styrofoam USED cups out of their trash cans, wash them out and restock them with the new cups. I will definitely never get a fountain drink from Kentucky Ave Shell.

Usually a good stop but last few weeks alot pumps not working at all or very very slow if ya find one working...10minutes to pump 5 gallons

Dirty and scary. They have a lot of food options which was nice but I did feel like I was going to be killed the entire time being there!

Cashier's are friendly, fast service, never have to wait in a long line. It's basically in and out. There is a Subway connected to the shell gas station. Pretty convenient.

The gas pumps have not been functional for over 3-4 months. I used to stop here every time when I drive thru Indy on I-70, but now that has pumps are shut down, I need to look for another shell on the way. Not this one 😕

I’ve been double charged for gas. Wednesday my husband bought 2 packs of cigarettes cost 19.14. Today they were 21.23. How is it possible in just 2 days??? Spoke to manager she blames vendors, sign says 9.27 a pack.

BAD DESIGNthe design of the gas station clearly shows the lack of attention from the builder and architect if there was one.the diesel and gasoline pumps are mixed.there is no way to pump diesel here with a truck.the pumps ste too close.and there is no room for the other cars to parknever coming back.extremely confusing

I’m only giving 5 stars because of the twins that work here. They are the absolute sweetest identical twins I’ve ever met. I look forward to coming and telling them GM.SN: I come here often and out of the 1000000 times I’ve been here I’ve only encountered one rude person. I haven’t seen her since that day. ☺️

Cashiers always tend to rip you off a dollar when paying with cash. Happened today got a drink for 1.27$ give the lady 5.27$ only got back 3$ ridiculous.. anytime I go in the drink machine is down.
