Used air pump and it didn't work. They refused to refund my $2. Apparently it's too hard to post a sign or get it fixed. Thanks for stealing my money! 💋my 🫏

I just went in here to wash my hands. The bathroom door was locked so i had to buy something to get the key. Waited in line for the item as the two cashiers couldnt figure out how to sell the guy in front of me a pack of cigarettes for a ridiculously long time.
Turns out the employees dont speak english and they tried explaining to me where the bathroom key is in some foreign language. Eventually when i got into the bathroom to wash my hands, they were out of soap.
1 star is too generous

I filled up my tank here and received bad gas. The gas had water in it. What a rip off!! $700 to get it fixed at the dealership.

I bought gas here at the end of January, filling up my tank which was running on fumes late on a Friday night. The next morning my car wouldn't run, so we had to tow it to the dealership. There was E85 gas in the tank that required the engine to be taken apart and cleaned part by part, the computer to be recalibrated, and about $900 out of pocket. Shell "investigated" this, and their wholesaler determined the gas wasn't contaminated. There is no other way that E85 fuel got into my tank, and the pump doesn't have an E85 option, so it couldn't have been my mistake. I'll obviously not be back, and I can't imagine there aren't others who had to deal with this. There is simply no other way it could have happened than that Shell was at fault.
