I had to have my car towed and had no idea where to take it. Based on the reviews, I chose Ty's. I was so pleased. They got to it much more quickly than I expected. I have no idea what a starter should cost but it seemed reasonable. I will certainly use them again

I am 57 years old and Ty, or one of his employees have put a wrench on every car I've ever owned. I've always received top resale pricing because of how well my cars have been maintained. Not only that Ty and his employees are always willing to go the extra mile even if it's just a show me how to change my own brake light. 10 out of 10 highly recommend, how often can you find an honest mechanic? These guys fit the bill!

While at Auto Zone buying windshield wipers, and not knowing how to install them, one of the employee's from Ty's helped me out. When asked if I could pay him, he said, "No" just come visit us he next time you have car trouble. Well, one of the lights on my dashboard went on so I remembered Ty's and went there during my lunch. Ty, himself, helped diagnose the light, explained what was wrong, and what my options were. I mentioned how I drive back and forth to Chicago a lot and after his explanation, I felt informed and confident that I was in good hands.My new favorite automotive shop!

4 customers have came and went in 10 minutes. It's 630am on a weekday and they don't open until 7am. COVID is no longer an issue. Please open at 6am or go back to 24 hours and/or edit your hours on Google.

Got me in the same day with a lower quote than all other service providers. Quick to reply, very nice, and finished up in half the estimated time. Plus they play Metallica in the waiting area. :) Definitely my go-to for all my car needs from now on.

When visiting Indi as a solo female, my engine light came on. I didn't feel comfortable traveling home, not knowing what was wrong. Ty got me in same day and found and fixed the problem. His rate was reasonable, especially given that I was a visitor and in a time crunch. He was fair and fixed my problem.

I am impressed with this car shop. They got me in and out in an hour for an oil change And for less than the quoted price!. It was a little hard to get an appt. I Had to wait for about 3 weeks for my first visit (seems their regulars have priority) after moving to this area.. but after getting there the office is clean..nice waiting room w/ coffee machine, clean bathrooms and a separate area w/ a desk .. no door..for anyone needing to conduct business while waiting. My carpet/doors are clean, too.. no oil smudges or left over cardboard on my front carpet. Thank you, Ty's crew.

Fast and affordable service! I had noticed a flat tire last night and came to Ty's first thing this morning. They were SO welcoming and friendly after two services I had called had already denied me as a walk in. I was in and out in 20 minutes for them to patch a small nail in my tire. I was beyond thankful for them this morning and I made it to work on time which was my biggest fear! I would recommend them to anyone!
