Went to this location 30mins before their posted closing time. Right on the front door! Doors were locked. I saw a guy in there so I knocked. I asked what the deal was and he just threw his hands up like "whatever" turned his back to me and ignored me. The service at this location has really gone downhill the last few years.

I had a frustrating experience with this store. Throughout this year (despite all the covid restrictions) I have purchased many products in various paint stores without a mask. Today as I visited this store I was asked to wear a mask (despite my saying that I can not). Instead of politely letting me know that she could not serve me in the store without a mask, the sales clerk rudely told me that she refused to serve me. She did offer to serve me from my vehicle but at that point, after her rude behavior I determined to visit a different store. I felt that her behavior was not customer oriented. I think that there should be clear signage refusing service to those of us that cannot wear a mask so as to avoid embarrassing and frustrating situations for their customers.

Went to get a stain blocker to cover a red painted walls in a bathroom. The assistant manager really helped by knowing what I needed to keep the red from bleeding through the white that I'm painting over it. All the employee's are knowledgeable and very friendly.
