My wife was trying on work shoes. We had to look through several brands since they had used shoes on the shelves in new boxes. She found a pair to purchase. The checkout had one CSR helping a customer who wanted to buy one get two free. She and her wouldn't accept the BOGO concept.Three other employees stood at the manager station. Two went back to their work areas. One came down to stand by the CSR, who was dealing with the same customer. We finally left without a purchase.

I love the store and the staff . That's where I get all mine and my family shoes but they really need carts for the little kids and to make carrying the shoe boxes easier .

We waited almost 20 minutes to check out despite ample staff. Selection is good but man no help on the floor and the register wait was crazy with no apology or even acknowledgement. The manager actually laughed at us for being visibly frustrated when we left. Terrible experience and I can’t imagine we will come back.
