Initially Elaine helped us with an emergency banner for a convention - she was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help us. When the banner printed out, the file was not high enough resolution so Elaine re-did the design for us. In the mean time, Jana and Marvin helped her a bit, but all of them were so kind and helpful…you rarely see this amount of customer service these days. If I could give them all 10 stars I would - especially Elaine - she was a God-send!!! THANK YOU to the amazing team at this FedEx location!!!”
