“I've been visiting this mailing station for almost 2 years now - and thought it's about time to share some love here!
I have a virtual mailbox with iPostal & this mailing station is where my letters get stored. The folks at this mailing station have always been quick and courteous with answering my questions + handle all of my mail & packages with care, respect, and integrity. Only once have I experienced a hiccup that occurred between iPostal & The Mailing Station's systems - to which it was resolved with stellar intercommunication and grace. Which leads me to my next praise...
Scott & his team are attentive, efficient, professional, & quite neighborly! I look forward to days when picking up mail is on my to-do list - it's always nice to exchange light conversation with people who are genuine and human. I usually have my little ESA dog who comes along with me, and it's fun knowing that all these guys are dog lovers too. (My pup looks forward to getting an occasional treat from behind the counter!)
The shop itself feels very local & homey. To me, it feels comforting to stand in. While waiting in line, I like to admire the greeting cards and knickknacks for sale. Being welcomed by the big Norfolk pine tree potted by the printer is my favorite (btw, it's very cheap & convenient to print with them!). Everything you see from the moment you enter is a hallmark of a very established and well-loved business.
In a super central location to Carmel/Fishers/Indy - this truly is a gem of a mailing center on the city's northside. Thanks all - for the services that you do so well for the community!”

The store was very busy when I visited, but the staff handled everything very professionally. I had to wait for my notary service, but they sincerely apologized for the delay and did not charge me because of the wait, which I really appreciated.

“Visited Saturday 6/27/26 to return an Amazon package. Walked in around 930 am and 2 people ahead of me-a lady at the counter and a gentleman waiting. One worker was helping the lady and the other was searching for help with an issue and was experiencing problems. The co worker stopped to assist them and I felt like wow I'll be here a while. I noticed the self service kiosk and decided to try it. I've seen people using it and they had issues so I was hesitant. It's very straightforward- scan your barcode or QR code, answer the questions, bag your item, print the label and apply to the bag. The label also has the name of the color of the return bin printed in bold letters. Once you're finished place in THAT bin. This was the best thing UPS could have added! The gentleman was STILL waiting and after he saw how quick the kiosk worked, he used it. I will be using the kiosk more often. Just a note for management to remind the staff to suggest the kiosk when they are helping customers and it's taking longer than expected.”

“The guard shack will explain everything to you. I had a live unload at building 2 followed by a drop and hook at building 4. If I remember correctly check in at building 2 was near door 30. Check in at building 4 was near door 86. Find somewhere to park first. My live unload took less than an hour to complete. Staff was all decent to talk to. Restrooms at either check in spot. Don't be the jerk that ruins the restroom. Insane how people act. Being some lysol or clorox wipes if you're afraid of germs. Don't leave a pile of toilet paper all over the seat and floor.”
“Our UPS driver failed to show up for our normal business pick-up so I had to bring 18 boxes to the UPS store for shipping. I backed in at the Nora (Indianapolis) branch and let the team (Jeff & Parker) know that I'd be bringing in a large number of boxes. Before I knew it they were out at my vehicle assisting me bringing in the boxes. This is by far amazing, exemplary customer service and I thank both gentlemen for helping me is such a way.”

Alexis was incredibly understanding, professional, and genuinely interested in making things right. She listened to my concerns, took ownership of the situation, and handled everything in a way that completely changed my experience.

“PakMail @ Fox Road & Oaklandon is my go to spot for all of my shipping needs because I can go to a single location and ship for every single carrier… UPS, FedEx, USPS… They also do fingerprinting for field print so if you have any of those needs, please be sure to check them out… As an online retailer for Amazon and Walmart having a reliable shipping partner is very important… These guys are full service and they do everything with a smile!”

“I was surprised when Google maps took me to a CVS store when I put in UPS store. But, my GPS was correct.
I went in and asked the first employee I saw and she said that they do have a UPS drop off there and she took care of everything for me. Quick and easy.

“This is the best FedEx shipping center with very friendly and knowledgeable staff and handled the International Shipping professionally and quickly. I used many FedEx shipping centers and my previous two shipments prior to today’s, didn’t go well: one ended up filing a claim against the loss of goods (luckily the good is replaceable easily) and the other one shipped at wrong term. Today at this location, I handed over all information as usual including recipient FedEx account, name and address in English and in Chinese and the clerk named Renan handled swiftly and accurately. And he printed the FedEx “commercial invoice” easily with no issue (other people would struggle on this task). It’s Saturday and at noon time, it wasn’t busy and so my shipment didn’t cause delay for other. I felt guilty each time when I did the international shipping because it took more time. I got EEI thru FedEx website on Saturday morning. From time I stepped into the shipping center, to get back to my car, it was only 10 minutes, done! That’s really stress free and great.
