“I've been visiting this mailing station for almost 2 years now - and thought it's about time to share some love here!
I have a virtual mailbox with iPostal & this mailing station is where my letters get stored. The folks at this mailing station have always been quick and courteous with answering my questions + handle all of my mail & packages with care, respect, and integrity. Only once have I experienced a hiccup that occurred between iPostal & The Mailing Station's systems - to which it was resolved with stellar intercommunication and grace. Which leads me to my next praise...
Scott & his team are attentive, efficient, professional, & quite neighborly! I look forward to days when picking up mail is on my to-do list - it's always nice to exchange light conversation with people who are genuine and human. I usually have my little ESA dog who comes along with me, and it's fun knowing that all these guys are dog lovers too. (My pup looks forward to getting an occasional treat from behind the counter!)
The shop itself feels very local & homey. To me, it feels comforting to stand in. While waiting in line, I like to admire the greeting cards and knickknacks for sale. Being welcomed by the big Norfolk pine tree potted by the printer is my favorite (btw, it's very cheap & convenient to print with them!). Everything you see from the moment you enter is a hallmark of a very established and well-loved business.
In a super central location to Carmel/Fishers/Indy - this truly is a gem of a mailing center on the city's northside. Thanks all - for the services that you do so well for the community!”
“Taking a moment out of my day to leave a review after recalling the pleasant experience I had picking up a package I had kept at this location recently. The staff person had a line nearly at the door and he managed to serve every single customer with a great attitude and in a timely manner. This was a valuable package I was receiving and it’s such peace of mind to be able to confidently direct my deliveries to this store. I did not catch the employees name, but he had long hair and glasses and was a delight amongst all customers.”

“I am not usually one to leave reviews however the Manager Jeff at the Staples on 96th street truly went above and beyond to help me out - He not only helped with a discount (which I so appreciate) but IN ADDITION the chair I was purchasing as a surprise for my husband Jeff found a way to put the chair together for me in less than two hours from the time I purchased! A 24-hr turnaround time was already quicker than expected so this was a legit miracle! Regardless of what I "received" from Jeff, his whole attitude was putting customers first and doing whatever he could to help make someone's day a little easier/smoother. “The guard shack will explain everything to you. I had a live unload at building 2 followed by a drop and hook at building 4. If I remember correctly check in at building 2 was near door 30. Check in at building 4 was near door 86. Find somewhere to park first. My live unload took less than an hour to complete. Staff was all decent to talk to. Restrooms at either check in spot. Don't be the jerk that ruins the restroom. Insane how people act. Being some lysol or clorox wipes if you're afraid of germs. Don't leave a pile of toilet paper all over the seat and floor.”

“Our UPS driver failed to show up for our normal business pick-up so I had to bring 18 boxes to the UPS store for shipping. I backed in at the Nora (Indianapolis) branch and let the team (Jeff & Parker) know that I'd be bringing in a large number of boxes. Before I knew it they were out at my vehicle assisting me bringing in the boxes. This is by far amazing, exemplary customer service and I thank both gentlemen for helping me is such a way.”

“PakMail @ Fox Road & Oaklandon is my go to spot for all of my shipping needs because I can go to a single location and ship for every single carrier… UPS, FedEx, USPS… They also do fingerprinting for field print so if you have any of those needs, please be sure to check them out… As an online retailer for Amazon and Walmart having a reliable shipping partner is very important… These guys are full service and they do everything with a smile!”

“I was surprised when Google maps took me to a CVS store when I put in UPS store. But, my GPS was correct.
I went in and asked the first employee I saw and she said that they do have a UPS drop off there and she took care of everything for me. Quick and easy.

“I've sold a few items on Ebay recently and FedEx makes it quick and easy. I just showed them the QR code Ebay sent me and handed them the item and that was it. No hidden shipping and handling fees. Also a really good way to ship large items, or multiple items at once.”
