I do not recommend this company to anyone. I’m on a lot of medications for my bipolar depression mental health. Not suppose to go a day without them or I could get my crazy thoughts back and end up back in hospital. Well, I ran out out mid August. It’s Sept 12 and still haven’t got them. You can’t play around with a persons meds. If I end up back in the hospital because of them I’ll have no choice but to sue. Worst company ever. I called and canceled today and told them why. They seemed to careless. Just as I figured. Stay safe with whoever you’re trusting your meds with but it sure shouldn’t be these joksters. Take care and God Bless that you have a better experience than I did.

I receive my Prescriptions. They were all correct. I loved that some came packed in individual package with the time stamp and separated. I got 9AM, 1PM and 5PM. It was perfect. It was in a box where you pulled them I love it. out.

This used to be a great pharmacy until it was purchased buy Select RX last year. Now, the product delivery, customer service and billing are terrible. I'm looking for other options.

Simple Meds is now owned by Select RX. Why did they ruin a five star pharmacy. Since Select RX has owned this pharmacy, I have had problems wirh prescriptive and their biking website. I always run out of Meds prior to my next box. Missing prescriptions, pills paks that will not tear off properly and placed in the box incorrectly. Customer service horrible. The person I spoke with basically told me to call back when I receive my next box and if it's still that way then they will try to fix it. I told him the last two boxes were that way and I shouldn't have to keep calling. I miss the customer service and former employees of Simple Meds pharmacy. I don't believe their management is listening. I don't trust my prescription boxes anymore.

Since SimpleMeds was bought out their service has gone down exponentially. Medications are mixed up, sometimes arrive in the tear-off plastic packs and sometimes in medicine jar. Half pills are not cut in half but need to be done by the customer. These problems would challenge even a ‘with it’ client but is disastrous for anyone with memory issues. Can’t get anyone on the phone or via email to respond to these problems. The one time I did manage to talk to a salesperson (who could not help with the problems) I was told that the parent company is rapidly expanding and there are nowhere near enough employees to handle the influx. I’m trying to switch to another provider but that isn’t easy either.

Used to be an awesome pharmacy service. Will be looking for a new company.Unfortunate it was bought out.Horrible customer service now.Not confident when we'll will receive our medication boxes.

This company used to be a 5 star service. Recently customer service has declined and the customer service line now says "SelectRx." If the company was recently sold it explains the decline of service and I would not recommend using them.My mom suffers from dementia. Her newly prescribed dementia medication made her violently ill and I canceled the medication from future packets of meds. My mom fully recovered within a week of stopping the dementia medication.I learned that my mother was violently ill this week. She had received her new box of medication which included the dementia medication I had canceled weeks ago. I opened every packet of medication and removed the offending pill.I have been attempting to reach someone at SimpleMeds and have still not been able to resolve this issue.1. How did this canceled medication make it into my mom's packet?2. What measures are in place to be certain this never happens again to my mom or any other patient.

Product is excellent as it makes it easy to deal with a complex dosage schedule with multiple medications. The issue is communication between pharmacy, doctors offices and patient has not been good lately. They need to do a better job of notifying customers prior to shipment when they have not received Rx from physicians. In my case my doctor's office has also been negligent but I expected the pharmacy to give electronic or voice notification that they are waiting on a Rx. I'm in the process of switching back to a local pharmacy and the labor of sorting pills myself. It is tedius and unpleasant but I know if there's any issue I can be face to face with a pharmacist in five minutes.

They took my scripts that were ready at the pharmacy and were hoarding them so they could all be sent out at the same time. That’s all well and good, but it took them 50 years to get them all and I was out of very essential medications for days. I called my normal pharmacy to see what was up and why my meds all of a sudden disappeared and they said Simple Meds called and took them. Meanwhile, I’m withdrawing from Venlafaxine (an antidepressant that is also used to treat nerve pain) and am experiencing brain zaps, nerves firing off and not connecting without any type nervous stimuli and feeling like I am going to seize. All because they wanted to send them all out at the same time, which at the rate they were going, wasn’t going to happen until January. Abruptly stopping taking Venlafaxine can be deadly. I could have died. I’m glad I called my regular pharmacy and figured out what happened. Good god. Zero stars, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Simple Meds has been the brightest spot in dealing with our mother with Alzheimer’s. Taking her meds correctly had become a rough issue. Simple meds easily and sufficiently handled EVERYTHING to getting all her prescriptions in easy to read daily packets. They’re all labeled and dated so the confusion level is minimized. Kayla, my rep, took over for me and got prescriptions transferred from CVS and spent the time verifying insurance coverage. I couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service and ease of this plan. I speak with the same rep each time and she follows up any time there’s any questions. I’m never left calling them - she’s on top of it. Prescriptions can be so difficult to manage for loved ones and this company just made it so much easier.

I just started my first month and only have one complaint so far. Because of an issue with insurance and Medicaid billing for some meds differently. I cannot get my anti-depressant meds thru Simple Meds, so still need to use the local pharmacy. Apparently there is a different billing situation with 'psych meds'. If this could be resolved I would really appreciate it. I will recommend Simple Meds to anyone who doesn't need Medicaid for psych meds.

Simple Meds has been the perfect solution for managing my dad's meds. I no longer have to drive 2 hours every few weeks to refill pill boxes, stop at Walgreens to pick up scripts and supplements. And his Home Instead Senior Care caregivers love it because it takes them out of the middle. The staff at Simple Meds calls me every month to check in and ask if there's been any changes. The cost appear to be the same as pharmacy. Highly recommend!

Do NOT RISK YOUR LIFE OR YOUR LOVED ONES The Pain I had suffered is beyond words because they failed to respect my number one request: Do Not Ship Incomplete Packs EVER If a problem getting refill on My life dependent Meds Do NOT SHIP INCOMPLETE PACKS. MY SUFFERING IS INDESCRIBABLE BECAUSE I TRUSTED THEM & Took my Packs OVER TWO WEEKS GETTING SICKER & SICKER The person who called back was only to read her notes trying to coverup her incompetence in an insultingly ignorant & uncaring way. More & more places are offering. FYI, PILLPACK USES BETTER PACKAGING

Thanks SIMPLE MEDS!!! Just wanted to take a moment to thank #Ellen at @simplemeds for helping my grandmother get her meds in order. As she's 90 yes old, my grandmother requires a lot of medication. @simplemeds does all the work and sends a box of pre-sorted meds for am and pm every day!!! All we have to do is open the twice daily packet and put it in her mouth. No guess work, no struggling to remember when and which meds, no dropping meds!! This is a lifesaver for anyone who needs several meds. Call Simple Meds today!!!
